We have a winner! But allass, you are prohibited from winning the prize...you are affiliated with the person with whom is giving out the prize. i.e. we are in the same guild thus you are not allow to win. I guess the cool million goes back into the prize fund for another time.

I did post this elsewhere other then here but I thought the Chessy folks might enjoy a good story.

I just had a customer that might get the peen of the day award though.

Bought an XM satellite from me on the 16th of Dec comes in today his cable from the unit to the antennae is broken ( clearly stretched) says it should be under warrenty ( not lucking fikely) tell him sorry but that would not be under warrenty so he throws the whole unit ( not packaged) at the wall and yells I've got the ****ing receipt it says there is a warrenty. I ask him to calm down and I explain why the cable would not be covered. I then ask him if I can see where he has it routed on his car ( he wanted to do the install himself cuz he's and electronics expert) its routed from his dash through the car to the back door out the back door at the bottom of the door back to the wheel well around the wheel well and then up to the roof ( yes on the inside of the wheel well) its broken part way up the back and the cable has obvious dragging on the ground perhaps or getting cought in the wheel?? marks on it around where it is broken. I show him these things and show him where it tells him how to intall the wire properly ( not the way he did it) we go back inside I ask him to pick the unit out of the drywall where he threw it he does. ( its got a giant crack through the screen ) he yells I guess thats not under ****ing warrenty either right ***hole?

I smile and say sorry but no it is not covered under warrenty but you will receive a bill for the repair of my wall have a nice day.

He storms out and smashes my window out of the door ( its a $1000.00 touch) as he leaves.

Cops are now taking him away I had to detain him but the cops were just next door so I was lucky they heard the door go smash.

His car is in the parking lot right now he is being processed

The XM is with the cops and they had me take a picture for them to take with them of the wall and the unit before they left.

I hope he makes some "friends" in jail and his bail takes a long time cuz its a holiday weekend and that everyone in the tank watches him when he takes his turn on the pot.

the town is not that big so he'll be out by tonight I would think but I could be wrong who knows. I have this feeling that his boss will be calling soon to try and fix all this for him and with me but who knows.

Dealing with the public can be a tough thing and I am not one who can. That guy was clearly not the sharpest knife in the draw. How did you keep a straight face through that? Although, I suppose laughing at the guy would have made things worse.

because I deal with people everyday so I know how people can get when they deal with others so its just something you get used to doing when dealing with people.

there was a guy who used to do that around the house at destard he would just be mining all day from inside his house then one day someone lead some lizzy men to his house and opened the door and his ore seemed to disappear and from that day on his house was always locked.
