Write a prenup? :blushing:

On a more serious note, really not a whole lot that can be done there. You will need to work it out or both lose. We considered that issue before release but as there would be no way for us to establish who deserves to get the set over who, we have to leave that one in your hands. So obviously, you will want to make sure whoever you give the other half to is someone you implicitly trust. But we expect most players will use it for another house they personally own or to connect malls, libraries, etc.

2-way teleporters
Hi Sakkarah,

Thanks for taking the time to post here. I have a suggestion or two that might help with the potential future headache(s) of teleporters, griefing and broken trusts.

1: Retroactively mark them "A" and "B" or change the art on the one designated "A". He or she who possesses "A" owns the set. If there is a falling out between friends, the friend who has "B" quits the game etc, a GM can tell at a glance who owns the pair.

2: We all know that someone is going to try setting a teleporter to anyone with the destination teleporter being someplace in Felucca to scam/grief people. How about coding the teleporters so that if someone steps on one in a public house it queries them before teleporting them? For example, "This teleporter will transport you to coordinates XXX on the Felucca facet, continue?"

One other thing, I don't want to waste a choice and I haven't found an answer to this question up to your quoted post above in this thread...

What the heck is a codex of virtue? What does it do?

Thanks!

It's really not a big deal. How many times is someone gonna step on a teleporter in a house to be sent to fel. If it happens once don't go to the house anymore. Hell don't go in a strangers house with uninsured stuff even more don't step on floors you can't see. It will require someone making massive effort or having extremly low iq to continuously fall for something like that.
