I hunted every mob on the list yesterday.. it's possible I didn't hunt long enough to get a fragrant.. but here are the mobs I DID get frag's off of...

Note for the non-combat players...

A human with JOAT, or an elf with 20 magery from jewelry, can cast blade spirits from scroll about 27% of the time (and failing on a scroll does not use up the scroll). The jewelry, spellbook and other items one might use to get magery to make abbatoirs on your carpenter, will turn that character into something that can kill about half the seed-bearers.

It's not all that efficient, but at least you have a potential avenue for self-gathering.

Yes, I've gotten 20-57 seeds off each of the creatures.

I took all my seeds (I went light and only got 2 seeds off of each of the creatures and I locked them down on my house with books telling me where each one came from.

So far I've gotten quite a few from Kappa and Ant Lions.

Wish they didn't drop as quickly as they do though... would have been nice to NOT have a packfull within the first 10 or 15 minutes.

I got a lot of fragrant seeds off of Mummies in deceit.

I have 2 houses, a 16x18 and an 18x18 that I am using for planting. And I have sorted all the seeds by which creature I got them from. Hopefully, with at least 20 from each creature, I'll be able to sort out all the groups and which each monster drops. I planted them all in fertile dirt.

Hopefully, I don't ruin this, but I do want to share. Currently, you can get the seeds from champ spawns. Example, the Toko champ has Kappa's and Hiryu's (well, honestly, my wife and I couldn't level it up to Hiryu's with just us two, we got to revanant lions/lessers but couldn't get past that), and the spawn inside the twisted wield for Dryads (not sure if the shadow wisp drop the seeds, I didn't check and already had 50 from them). Also, there is a lake where both Kappa's and Tsuki Wolves spawn.

Anyway, just wanted to share.
