I'm unable to replicate it... I've tried with several containers but nothing happen..I have a real bug to report.
Steps to recreate the bug:
- Go into enhanced container mode, set your loot bag (in this case a pouch).
- Switch to classic container mode.
- Open the pouch.
- Try to interact in any way with anything in the pouch, or interact with the pouch in any way (you can't).
The only way to even close the pouch is to move it in your pack.

hehe the horror movie text location is based on the play area and not related to the entire screend. I have to do that because if I do that on full screen it can go over hotbars and is not a nice thingSilly me. Yes, the stone taps intrude when you snap the bars together but they vanish if you click on the box to the left of the tab <smacks forehead>.
For me, at least, this version is stable. My only remaining nits are silly really. I don't care for the horror film movie poster font for the warnings but that's more a matter of taste. I do, however, wish that when I select Top for where it is displayed that it would really move to the top of the screen and not what looks like the center to me.
And if that's all that bothers me, then....well.....that's not much at all.

the EC is really strange sometimes... while working on UI sometimes I get insane bug that vanish by restarting the game...Rebooting my computer fixed the problem. Sorry for the false report.

- Fixed a bug with corpses, now when they turn into bones will be recognized as corpses correctly.
- Changed the default positions of the centerscreen text. Now if you change the position it will be more near the play window borders.

I have to make some tests if is safe do thatActually, it was the centering that was my problem. I want it at the top of the screen when I select Top and, thus, out of the way of the action. Once benefit of the Rocky Horror Picture Show image is that it will get your attention out of the corner of your eye. Plus, you're low life because of what's going on in the middle of the screen....not the best time to have it blocked
Any way to make it placeable by the user, ala Lucius?
I hate the invisible numbers, however there is a default option of the client (user settings -> options): always show health, mana and stamina.One last nit, though it's becoming more than that the more I play using the UI: the health bar color gradient is driving me slight nuts. The ones for the other healthbars are great because they diminish in thickness the lower health gets. Marvelous! But with my health bar the red is so dark in the most critical area: the lower end. I've not been able to determine my health at a glance.
Oddly, on one of my characters there is also numbers overlaid. I only get numbers on the others when I mouse over that My Health (with the nice cameo) bar. What am I failing to select to give me these numbers all the time?
That could compensate for the color gradient bar.

too many bugs, send me your usersettings.xml and character profile to [email protected] so I can make some tests with your settings.Well this build is more stable than the last however I'm still getting several crashes.
One, I changed my FONTS to UO Classic, hit apply and CRASH. I logged back in and the Fonts didn't take so I changed them to UO Classic again, hit apply and it crashed. This happened three times.
Also, the Atlas is not updating as I move. Landmarks such as shrines and moongates remain static as the map scrolls with my movement. Party members do the same thing. I have to check & uncheck "center on player" to make it update these correctly.
Also, about half the time, when I log in, several hotbars, including the Menu bar, will be switched from horizontal to Vertical and at the bottom of the screen almost completely unreachable.
So what is the proper method to uninstall a UI? I've been switching to the default UI, then deleting the folder from the User Interface folder, then copying the new one and switching back to it.

Ah yah, sorry, I was unclear. That lock causes the frames or tabs not to show when you mouse over chat windows (for me at least) so I can't swap tabs on a window. I tend to have several chat windows open, one of which has a couple of tabs. Thanks for the response.exist as default.... left click on the orange baloon for it...On a different note. Any chance of getting lock/unlock toggles for chat windows?
it is, but i noticed if i right click and select lock bar that grey stone thing vanishes and its all good.If you mean that gray faux stone tab intruded on the adjacent square when you snap one toolbar to another, I too was upset by that. But if I then click on that imposed upon square the gray tab vanishes. I discovered this, though, after logging on afterward. Not sure if that's necessary.
If that's not what you're referring to....nevermind.
As for those frustrating crashes....I cannot comment, only sympathize though that does no good at all. I've suffered many too but not on the level you have, Zeke

its not a good change....it is impossible to arrange the hotbars the way i like...
pls undo this...or give us an option for hotbar old/new style
mostly i do hotbars 3x3 blocks with a little space between each block,for a better overview
(looks better as a 3x24massive hotbar block), with the new overlap snap it is almost impossible to do this
and i soemtimes also crash to desktop when pushing apply in the settings
hm...i think it is both...The hotbar feature is a test feature actually...
So what's you want to restore:
1) The fact that the hotbar snap ignoring the gray part
2) The fact that the hotbar will lock without shift (by hidding the gray part)
