Looks like it's going to be one of those days, I just went to cut the lawn and the lawnmower won't run properly, cue new sparkplug, checking the petrol and a lot of muttering.
One lawnmower engine maintinance book now on ordered from Amazon, and one jungle left untrimmed

Good luck with the lawn, Nilrem. If it´s so hot and sunny as it´s here in Sweden I´m sure the grass is gonna stop growing soon.
Was planning to be outside today, but it´s impossible in this heat (well it´s not more than 30 degrees celsius, but having grown up where -30 is not unusual, I think I´m going to have a meltdown soon

No such luck with it being hot and sunny...at best we've been warm and wet for the past week or two (it's just started raining again now).
I gave up on the mower for now and decided to put my nephew to good use washing the car.
Cue hose springing a leak, almost soaking me.

I'm going to try and do some woodwork* in the garage soon, so i'm sure the bandsaw will break, or i'll lose a couple of fingers

I thought Sweden was always cold...
Remember lots of cold drinks, and to sit in the fridge if it gets too hot but be careful or you might need a

*Making some DVD storage units as nothing on the market (at a reasonable price) will fit into my room properly, and take a decent number of disks (the units i'm making are about 615hx600dx500w with 3 full extension drawers, each drawer holding about 72 DVD's with enough spare room to allow for fancy cases etc).

Kimi I hope you're feeling better today, do you take anything in particular for the migranes?
Younger brother gets them quite badly at times and I think takes a prescription tablet specifically for them that tends to work wonders (Migraleave or something like that).

Has anyone tried the new stratics connector yet?
I've just installed it and it looks like it could be fun, and handy for playing the game (set up a voice room for people in your party etc).

unfortunately, although I have 2 working microphones, the microphone outlet on my sound card doesn't, and since it's integrated in the motherboard, it's not likely to be replaced any time soon.

Today it rained for the first time in a month, and it´s not quite as hot anymore
Just noticed that the zoo is back on tier 9 again, and with the slower decay rate we might keep some animals for a while
Have just managed to get hold of a bamboo, and will now start to work on the tricky equation about how to get the 130000 more points needed to get the rewards I´m after, when I only have like 20 holidays items and 10 ilsh marties. It will require some effort (and a drink or two)
