Boots of Escaping - UOGuide, the Ultima Online Encyclopedia - this is the only item I found with that name

Paragon nightmare fairy. People just plain gave up. The thing was regenerating faster than we could damage it.

We too. 51 HPR, 374 Wrestling, All other skills except Mysticism above 120, undressing you and calming like crazy. I like paragons, but that one is a bit too much.
