On behalf of the ladies of Siege, and the good ladies of the Planning Committee, as Event coordinator, this is to advise the male population of Siege that we have determined it is in our best interests to take hostages for this event. This measure is not, as one male so eloquently termed it, merely to help protect our "little pink-clad behinds" (although that certainly doesn't hurt
) but rather for reasons quite beyond the capacity of the male mind to comprehend, so I won't bother to explain.
Here is the list of hostages we are demanding:
Verum, HC Old Sinner of Sinners & Saints - SS
Otis Driftwood, Dark Hierarchy of the Devils Rejects - }DR{
WyRm, Sage of the Damned - VmP
Ghaz'gull, the Blak Uruk of the Gouged Eye Clan - ORC. (Shadowlords faction)
Daan Mor, Lord Ascendant of the Cult of the Malediction - =M= (Shadowlords faction)
Yasuo Wakayama, Shogun of the Wakayama Clan - WAKA
Sularis, Vanilla Ice of Treasure & Treachery - TnT
Blind Otto, Squire of the Knights of the Silver Serpent - KSS
Lindisfarne, Ingenious T-hunter of the Treasure Hunters of Britannia - THB
Felinious, Shadow Ranger of Wispwood Shire - CWS
Chimera, of the Band of Gypsies - B*G
Revvo, a guy who is presumably Out to Feed - OTF
Kelmo*, vagabond former mayor, & El Moderator
Wulf*, Lord of Chaos - C|C (CoM faction)
Castor*, Blackrock Infected Commander of Castor's Army - CA (CoM faction)

The hostages as named above (or approved substitutes where applicable) shall be delivered to a pre-arranged location at the appointed time by their respective guilds (again, where applicable). We will come and "collect" them as we march along a pre-defined route. And a note to the male guildmates of the hostages: after you turn them over to us, do not plan on wandering too far, as we will also have use for you later.
You have a little over 7 days to make arrangements to deliver these hostages, each of which should be delivered to us on foot, with empty packs, and wearing only expendable normal clothing items. If our demands are not met, we shall have no choice but to march the entire Ladies group to the Heart of Siege, and thus kill the shard with a massive pink embolism. I think I am safe in saying no one wants that on their conscience!
