This term kind of makes a point for many old timers. When I started playing this game all dragons were super dragons. If you wanted to tame one it took a tamer and several healers. if you wanted to kill one it took a group unless you were really stuborn and did not care how many times you ran to the back to ress.
People whineing about this template or that on the forums over the years has cause EA to first nerf and then beef up every critter, skill, tool. It is just stupid.
Let people play what they want however people playing a tamer should not talk **** when thier uber monsters kills someone. That is like running a boxer over with your pick up and pretending it was your boxing skill.

I dont find them useless, just very pathetic. Doesnt take skill to hit an all kill macro, its even lazier than double clickingI think hes just bitter because he died to a template that he thinks is useless.

I'm not saying they shouldnt be strong, they should have pumped up older dragons instead of making the greaters. Atleast not make the greaters able to be tamed. Runebeetles are killable but are still very powerful same with cu sidhes (not sure if i spelt that right cuz all the ones i see are named) I do dislike that when someone dies they can log out to save their mount. Otherwise i wouldnt have any problem with super dragons. Kill the tamer and kill the pet while they get rezd and it seems fair. I get sick of seeing a pet red lined then all of a sudden the ghost logs out and saves it.

I wont argue with you about that but i have stated i typically work until midnight or 2 which is why i dont see alot of the fights. I had today off but instead went out with 2 different groups of friends, 1 just to hang out the other we went to see pineapple express. Then soul calibur 4 tournament
Now im going to bed since its 3 am and i doubt anything going on. I took a bet from my friends i couldnt eat 3 stack attacks and 2 jr bacon cheese burgers with a large cherry coke from wendies without getting full. Fast food makes u feel so tired
But i made $10 and got free food. Goodnight Great Lakes hope u all have a great night/morning.

As for the tamers, ever tried working tame? It's a skill believe me. Staying alive on a tamer isn't always an easy task. What they need to do is take away the ability to use jewels to control the more powerful animals. If tamers want those they should work for it.
As I have said a million times, it doesn't matter the templates we play, someones going to cry about it.

Maldor is right when he says tamers were really powerful in the old days and all dragons were like superdragons. The only real beefs I have with tamers now is that when the tamer dies they simply use the "log out feature" to save the pet and pet balls are dumb. If someone wants to use a powerful pet let them lug the pet aound with em everywhere just like in the old days.If the tamer dies the pet should certainly be killable. Yet another example of EA automating the game at the expense of the gameplay.

Is it just me or does anyone else notice how Sieg has to go into exact detail about what he and his friends did? Well if you dont go detail by detail people seem to get very upset. They like to pay attention to times, like this post is at 5:35 but i work 5-midnight or 2. Last night i went out instead of working...thats cuz i had yesterday off and my manager called me and told me to come in at 6 today because its so dead. Now i sadly must get going and should be back around midnight. I have a few more days off this week i'll see if i can come hunt some of you down

Whomp was always better at field fighting but dueling he was never a god and that was if you could get him to duel without a bone harvester or duel at all for that fact. Whomp was always fighting with a group and it was rare to see him alone , So dont try and spew junk that Whomp was that great he was not . Go feed your kool-aid to someone else because anyone who played when he did knows he died just as much as anyone else and his combo was Exp/Parablow/EB and if that failed he ran back off to the group.

I know whomp he is pretty good but not the best on great lakes. Xandros is prob the mage in the history of uo. Oh and lauren. Its to bad all the really good pvpers are gone now. Anyone remember peaches she was really really good.

Yea I have noticed it does on some peoples pics but I cannot make it happen. The second pic I posted is caused by a setting in UOA. If you check show incoming corpses it shows the corpse name over the body as they die. If you uncheck it you get nothing. That area is frequently littered with spells and smack talk. it is hard to read sometimes. I would like to know how to make it happen in the corner but there does not seem to be a setting for it.
