When you are diabetic, you use what you can in place of sugar. I use Sweet N Low in my ice tea and Equal in my coffee. For some reason they taste better that way.

Btw...I'm last for now.

I know a couple people who refuse to use anything with aspartame in it. I don't use sweetners and diet drinks etc simply because I don't like the way they taste but these other people are very serious about it and warning of the dangers of it etc. It is almost funny to watch them. Not saying the dangers of it are funny....just the people I know.

I am carefull about my sugar intake so I use the sweet and low in my tea. I like the way it tastes for some odd reason. My wife prefers to drink hers un-sweetened. I have tried this but just can't get used to it.

That explains it then....I have been slowly poisoning myself. I would switch back to beer, but all the realy good beer is in Canada. Customs has become a bit of a hassle lately. I think they are trying to keep all the realy good beer.

i used to work in a restaurant, and a customer started talking about the sweeteners quite loudly.
This man at the next table had ordered diet coke, and he wanted to drink it, but i think he was afraid this lady would jump him, lol.
