Lestat, you have nothing to worry about because you wouldn't join our Guild, become a trusted Council Member, get pissed off because your GM reaches an elevated level of filthy rich from his own efforts and hard work, say nothing to anybody, quit the Guild, lie to Members to try to steal them and then EPICALLY FAIL so badly that you pretty much quit UO except for stupid posts here.

with em help.... something like an official convoy through t2a (i like marble to del) delivering gold, supplies and materials would be kinda cool. i'm pretty sure (but far from certain) that an em could set up a convoy with escorts that could team up with blues (maybe the guard force or whatnot), that would slowly (wagons or just real slow packhorses or something) move from the beach at marble all the way down the road to delucia. the blue escorts would have a lot of advantages to even out the experience levels of your standard red attacker. Oh, if the npc escorts could give out murder counts that would be awesome to help prevent blues from helping the reds.

anyways, if the convoy had some gold, forged pardons, bulk resources (not too bulk, but couple thousand ingots, wood, leather, etc etc), trapped boxes (not sure if an em can pixel create those or not), bulk pots, petals, you know, pvp items. maybe a random (single) em item once every 10 convoys or something. i dunno...

basically, what i'm saying is that the easter bunny thingy that happened at easter was pretty fun and got people to show up for something other than a dungeon raid for items that no one (who is participating) really needs. instead of pixel rewards, providing consumables enhances everyone's ability to pvp and gives a large area to have a nice fight in. think about it, not only would pain, pk & friends be going after the convoy and the escorts, but they'd be fighting each other. for those who don't know, when pk and pain meet, they kill each other before they attack that blue dude that accidentally walked into the maelstrom.

ok, i'm done rambling. i have no idea if this is even possible, but that's my idea. i think that we could get some good blue participation this way without hugging guard zones and present a serious challenge to the red guys. that's my 2 cents.... ok, couple bucks maybe, i been writing a bunch now.

This idea is good and I will contact the GM's to see if they are interested in something like this. We may have to get donated items because I am not sure if EM's can create resources, forged pardons, trapped boxes to be used like this. I know I have some resources that I can donate.

What other ideas can we come up with?

I e-mailed EM Drosselmeyer and EM Dramnar about the idea for a T2A run with 2 teams, one team escorting packies and trying to protect them while another team tries to attack them along the route somewhere. They can spawn random mobs during the fight to keep things interesting but not in large numbers or extremely difficult to kill since this is supposed to be PvP. Loot would be resources and such and maybe a few forged pardons but no pixel crack.

I also proposed a kinds of capture the flag (probably something like a bandana). 2 teams, each has one flag and a EM at their base. The first team that grabs the flag and from the opposing team and turns it into the EM at their base wins. Winners would get some kind resource prize or something. I am hoping to hear back from them soon and will let you know.

practice 1 v 1, but group play is more important. if you can add a good dimension in a group, you become a difference maker.

Learn to read: I never stated you left because I would not give you guys armor - I stated you left because you thought I was being greedy with my armor by not giving it away free to Guild Members.

I never asked Amit for anything. He actually offered me to pay him 30million gold to burn my kits, which is when you laughed at him and offered your help to show me which options to choose because you thought he was being a tool for charging me to, well, burn my own kits. Oh yea, after which I gifted you 25mill gold for your help (yes, I will bring this up again).

The reasoning I was told you guys left is because you all thought I was being greedy with my armor and gold, and there are a few posts on this forum to back that up.
You have yet to explain how I am wrong with what I posted - especially since the post was never about you in the first place..

Yea, that was for the first 100 mill I spent on kits and burning armor. 100-320 mill is a drop in my bucket and I was happy to share - something you talked me out of.
But how about the other 3.6 Billion gold I spent? Should I give away all that armor too or is it okay for me to charge people for it?

What you do with your money is your own business. I don't care whose got what in game lol. Us leaving has NOTHING to do with your UO riches. Lie to members? I didn't lie to any members. Epically fail? When I'm on UO, P@!N hides 75% of time. The other 25% of time they come out and play, which usually ends w/ us winning.

I assume you deleted my epic kills thread because you couldn't handle realizing how many people I actually kill - It shocks me too.

But right now I rather focus on Darkfall, a new game, w/ 1 server w/ 20,000 players. Tons of pvp, and people don't cry about numbers and they don't duel w/ strict rules and gimp tactics. You all should try it out some time... but then again 95% of you couldn't handle the full loot aspect.

Ok time to stop attacking each other, (on the forums anyways) need all hands on deck. EM Dramnar told me that the last PvP event had a small turn out but he was willing to try again. He added a PvP event for Tuesday July 16th so we need to try and get a decent turn out so they will add more. I don't think many of the normal attendees of EM Events will show up for this one.

Feast your eyes upon these beauties!

Sun 7th - 7:30pm - HoC.
Tues 9th - 7:00pm - Disestablished Delinquents (your guess is as good as mine!).
Wed 10th - 7:00pm - Council Meeting (everybody is welcome to attend.. but only Governors will be heard!).
Sat 13th - 8:00pm - Sosarian Solstice Faire (*jazz hands*).
Tue 16th - 8:00pm - Capture the Flag (a classic game with a twist! - PvP feluccan based event).
Mon 22nd - 8:00pm - Bring in the Cavalry (rescheduled from June with improved working monsters!).
Fri 26th - 7:30pm - HoC + Cryptic Pursuit (bring your thinking caps!).

The better the turnout, the more often they will add Fel events. I am sure they will do some cool ones like the convoy, once they see that their effort won't be wasted on Fel.

There is one issue with capture the flag lestat. You have to figure out a way to ban stealthers from the event, stealthing is ridic and half the time you can't even reveal the sissy's. Need like auto reveal toons all over the place so a stealther can't just walk up grab the flag and bring it back. defeats the entire purpose of PVP.

I have played with him before for well over a year, there is nothing misunderstood about him. He will run to save his insurance money everytime, he cares more about his pixel crack than pvp, he can't fight in a group whatsoever, and he is ex GS so that says it all lmao. Anywhoo I got a few days off from class and itchin to play but just like you guys we got no oneee. My entire crew is gone cept for occassionally pug or ender. Gotta wait for fall I think

The only ones with a bad attitude here are the ones who won.. go figure!

Shouldn't have taken that duel our mix wasn't even going to compete.
Do a all pure mage duel. What you had was a field fight in an arena with no possibility of winning with those perimeters.
Just calling it like I see it unfortunately.

First off, none of us were in protection LOL. You had 2 mystic mages, there is a spell called Purge. You could make sure that they aren't in protection. It was pretty clear I wasn't in protection as I couldn't cast **** with you guys disarm, bleed, dp, spam pain spike on me. If I was in protection you would have had no way to interrupt me = faster death.

That is why when you are serious about betting on duels, you get a broker. Also Orion refused to do the best out of 3. (which as I mentioned above you can bring up after losing the first duel... so I enact my right to do so)

Who is complaining here? Part of having a bad attitude is when you are the only one left pancakes - even though you won. There is an 'I'm pissed' pancakes and a 'I won but still gonna pancake' type of pancakes. I figured you 'hard core PvP'ers' would be HAPPY for a fight like this - we sure were because the 14 vs 4 we were dealing with all night gets boring.

Too bad we had to pay 100m to get an even numbers fight tonight.
