They're all factors. GL has to have alot of very quality players if so many guilds keep coming here to fight.

Sorry it was never the quality. It was the quantity of players. When we first got here bc could max out there vent with 32 people easy. Plus there allied guilds, and the random XV.

There are a few good people in all the guilds. But if they don't have other good players to back them up the skill is worth nothing.

Sure if the shard is to allie you might be able to take us out for a week until we put together new strategy's.

Before BC went into hiding all they did was despise because it was a grinder.

BC says they never cheat but they force a harry into a dungeon they pick and have a grinder setup when we run through the gate?

The Haxz guild has a few good people but when the GM started telling them he is going to kick them for the smallest thing makes people not want to play. The GM has scammed so many people nobody even wants to even play with him.

Last night we popped a harry and only one person had the ****s to come down. We had no grinder!

Props to Slip though. at least he attempts to raid us!

BC make different temps! stealth archers are not good! Its not skill when you have 5 stealth archers pop out to try and kill one person.... Thats 5 people that could be doing something else! You have to have temps for everything. You have the people so do it.

We ran into XV a few days ago....but that took a whole of 30 seconds to dispach of thier sorry guild.

Fighting _I_ suxx.....and they know they whip us....but we can take out a few here and there.

One thing we have learned for sure is this......as fast as they are, it makes you think a lot different.

All I can see is a bunch of cowards whining like babies.....Man the **** up!

The funniest thing ive seen thus far, was BC had 5 hiding dismounters in despise.....just standing at the drop in, waiting to mabey get a kill.

We pop harrys to get fights. Last night we had 10 people on and two people had accounts on the other computers with the dragon. BC had around 15-18 and HaXz had 10 i think.

You should allie up and come fight. If bc popped a harry with 50 people and we had 5 on we would be there. We would lose but we would be there.

Some people cheat and some dont in any guild! But thats not the point. Its a game and if you play the game deal with it or stop playing.

I personally dont want to see some stupid alliance push _I_ off the shard. If people are willing to work to do it then why do they deserve to spawn with ease? Everyone is crying about _I_ but whats the difference between them or when bc shows up? It's still every spawn anyways. I'm not a fan of _I_ but atleast they bring fights every night! You guys want to do your little alliance or whatever, go ahead and do it and prove you cant handle a guild so all u can do is field numbers. Fight or don't fight...It's pretty simple.

I know what I see and I know nothing that anyone says or does on these forums changes it.

I just wanna fight and have fun and let the chips fall where they may. Find a group of fellow players that you mesh well with and do the best you can. Uniting a whole shard is just not feasible.

Do the best you can at what you do and try and enjoy it. We are all paying for it after all.

What harry are you talking about? What night? Last night I got on earlier than normal and FHP started a fight with XV. Then Haxz showed up so we all turned on them. Then BC showed up and fought Haxz. Then _I_ showed up and we all fought them for at least an hour. Then FHP left to look for trouble else where and saw no one. I know they have done totally unopposed Harries but so has BC. When I was in BC I dont know how many times we spawned a harry and never saw another player or guild.

You say you arent scared but yet there's all this talk about allying (one of which is started by your gm) Now you dont hear bc coming here saying its a good idea, and lynk karl and i are all opposed to it. So my guess is most of tdr wont be up for it, so it's just fhp and a bunch of no named people. But you should feel special, i almost recognize fhp as real pvpers. XV even if let into an alliance still is only numbers, same thing for fhp and majority of ntag.

Since EA or Mythic or whatever they call themselves nowadays doesnt do anything to enforce the terms of this game I believe the best solution is to just ignore guilds like I. If your at yew gate and you see them there, just leave. If your doing a spawn and they come in, just leave. It sounds sad but there really is no other recource. Ive done a ton of spawns and been raided a ton of times and raided a ton of spawns. Win or lose its not really a big deal. I play UO to pvp. There really is nothing else in this game. As long as I feel the game is being played by my enemies on the level everything is fine with me. By even playing with the dirty guilds we let them win. Theres always a dungeon or somewhere else in the game to find people to kill. It may take a bit of effort to find em but they are there. The really sad part is that even tho I feel most guilds are pretty legit(not counting the obvious trash guilds), the cheats have escalated at least to some extent to every guild. I say just ignore the trash guilds of this shard. Who really cares if they do a harrower. It doesnt impress me when weve all seen how these things are achieved. Organize fights with respected enemies and ignore the trash. If people dont wanna play by the rules dont play with em at all. There is no point in fighting em.

I have heard it on both sides and heard both the accused "trash" guilds and the "noble" guilds int heir vents and still the one majr, outstanding dfference still comes down to TEAMWORK. Too many times I have heard and even been part of guildes that when a better, more organized Guild comes along and they get beat teveryone starts whinning, people stop cross heaing, they scatter and gee they are defeated. So ya if anther guild who actually has a strong base of TEAMWORK comes into the fray people feel discouraged instead of whinning - so what some of the guildes are doing and plan your own raids on the so called "tras" guildes. Large numbers dont even matter - what does and is obvious is learning to work together. T E A M W O R K try it

I do believe that team work has something to do with it, although I know thats not all it takes to beat these guys. BC went to fight them in the keep today out numbered and we did ok, I counted 7 bodies before I went to go get ressed and we had 6 people go down. One of us lived which gave us a res point so we came back and this time I didnt count who died or anything, but I do know I lived longer than normal lol.

I think any guild on GL can beat these guys. My guild(BC) and TDR have the numbers to do it. Be ballsy and get out there and test what works and what doesn't.

No Alliance needed. Mark my words.

The harry was last night, 8 o clock in fire. I believe i stated that I DID SHOW UP so your last comment is just wrong, i showed up nobody else did. Ask Blitz or passion. Either of them will tell you im not afraid to fight, with my guild or alone i'll show up if im on.

As for my "ego" you could be right, but im confident that im going to have fun playing. I get more kills than deaths and i have fun doing it (most of the time) its not like insurance is a big deal. I dont care if _I_ stays on the shard til uo dies, i'll have fun fighting them. Win or lose.

Thank god (aka me, thats a joke for those of you who are going to take it seriously) someone with a f***ing brain. The alliance is for the worthless guilds who can't handle themselves on the field in the first place. Be it, BC or TDR, you will see one of these guilds having REAL fights with _I_. No pancakes or crying, no alliances. I typically dont agree with bc but if your guild cant do it alone then you dont deserve to say you pushed _I_ off the shard.

If an alliance was ever needed im sure fhp, xv, pwnt, uod and w/e other guilds are out there that im forgetting wouldnt be part of it. BC and TDR would be more than enough, but i doubt you will ever see that happening.

TFO is right that there's too much hatred between most fel guilds to do this. I'm sure at alot of fights if say (a despise fight) tdr and bc may have worked together and tdr took the island while bc pushed _I_ through the handicap ramp. Once _I_ seemed to be out of the picture it would be a tdr bc fight even when _I_ comes back. The way i see it, each guild has too much pride to completely help eachother.

6 or 7 people there, few went to bed before we rolled, few didnt wanna spawn. But obviously they had done the spawn before i got home because there's already gold on the ground. Happy? TDR spawns. Regardless of whether you guys THINK we can beat _I_ without eachother, I think it will take an alliance.

I've been gathering information about this Tooliver Quick / Ice rocker guy, and it seems as if he has quite a track record to speak of.

He's been to many shards, and picked up some of the most intensive players in the game to this date. He is a vicious leader, whose hunger for shardwide domination and victory cannot be satisfied.

These guys may not be techniqually 'Immortal' but I say we be better safe than sorry while we have the chance and unite as one to destroy them.

It sickens me that we can't come to an agreement as adults, rivals, and enemies alike.

I think that if all the GMs of each guild have a talk, then we could make this worth. Great Lakes is full of intelligent minds and nice people, this can happen.
