copper wire can't be crafted...
No ****... I think the suggestion was, and I know it's probably a stretch... but rather than, you know, artificially involve thieves in the crafting system, why not, you know, add an item to a system that makes sense. Then, you know, find a decent way to make thieves a part of the game instead of constantly coming up with lame ideas to keep them involved?
another thing to note about the garden bed:
the garden bed must be removed in order to customize the house (like the ML cauldron and the others ML fornitures), and in order to remove it you must remove all the plants first!
Yeah... no surprise there.
God forbid their programmers actually find a way to make special containers store their contents and locations within the house in a way that doesn't require people to have to disassemble their houses first.
I mean, for that matter, god only knows why it's necessary in the first place. Any item should know the component pieces that it needs to build itself, and any container in game already knows what it holds. Why in the world there are a couple of special items that all of a sudden go wonky when they're stored external to the world placement (ie: the moving crate) is a bit strange.
But, you know, in order to figure stuff out like that, they'd have to be able to do some programming and spend time doing stuff that was meaningful to the game rather than coming up with tidbits of content that -- completely contrary to the announcement by Cal where he said the idea of boosters (ie: mini expansions) was so that they could be developed concurrently with the live content and bug fixes -- completely distract the developers (all four of them) from completing anything else. And, yeesh... two mini-boosters (ie: mini mini expansions) in this form... they're stretching for everything they can now.
Wonder how the subscription numbers look these days.
