I also get an unhandled exception error if I delete a piece of equipment manually in the load equipment menu, if it is already loaded in the character, and mouse over it. Restarting the template editor and reloading the character fixes the problem.I'm also getting an unhandled exception error every time I click on the "Your Cap" field in the Template Editor after adding a skill. I just hit continue after that and I can continue without issues.

well, the PlaySound is here by 2 days and I'm open to suggestionsI don't know whether this has been asked yet but would it be possible to add an addon that does custom sounds for specified keywords?

The problem I was told is the size of the character bar and docking it with the rest of the health bars due to the size and other options like the warning message and buff icons etc some of these people have very elaborate set ups for there screen layouts .... personaly I use target self macros and asked about this but some have limited key bindings left?if he need a double healthbar for himself, surely there is something wrong in his gameplay ...

- Added the Blue (invisibility) button to the healthbars.
- Added the Blue (invisibility) button to the party healthbars.
- Changed the red/green button texture in order to add the blue button.
- Now you can snap windows on top of the status window.

I have a friend that I'm trying to introduce to the marvelous world of enhanced client, and especially enhanced client with Pincos UI!!! This is compounded by a language barrier.
My friend is having some issues with the process of getting your UI into the right directory and unzipped, and working. After trying to talk her through the install and getting thwarted by her computer not having an extractor for zip files, it made me yearn for a simple downloadable exe file that would automatically find your UserInterface folder, regardless of where it is on your computer (the enhanced client seems to install to different places on different computers), and self extract the UI to it. Anything like that in the works?

I would be happy to set her screen up for her with the appropriate bars and play area and windows and hotbars, so the transition will be smooth for her, but I dont know how to transfer it to her. If I started a fresh character and set it up how she would like it, can I send her some files to transfer my setup to her so she will see everything organized and not just keep using classic because it's what she knows?
I don't know how to semplify more... if you apply the Pinco's suggested settings (asked on first start) the game will take the best settingsIn fact, I think most enhanced haters are just people who don't stick with it long enough to understand the features. If this can be streamlined for an easier transition, I think the vast majority, even the hardcore haters would switch. Some would whine about the terrain, and some would talk smack about the paperdolls or the new art, but they would switch for playability.

no ways... there are only fake chat scripts on the package so there is no way to change anything on chat..Is there a way to color text in the chat window much like the 2d UI does? I would like to see skill gains colored to make them stand out from standard white game text.

It's not my PC, it's her's. It's a brand new machine but she bought in in Japan, and I don't knw what kind of preinstalled software they come with over there. I told her to right click on the Pinco's zipped folder in the UserInterface file and select "extract" and she said there was some kind of error.What kind of OS is using your friend, windows 3.1?
a zip extractor is included in windows and it's pretty easy to use

you'll find a file with your character name. Just send it to her so she can rename with her character's name

just disable the grid legacy containers from user settings -> pinco's uiOk, so I downloaded the newest UI, and my backpack looks all funky with a grid in a legacy backpack. I lost the ability to stretch it, so I can't see my runebooks anymore! How do I get the old style back, or stretch this one?
AAAAAH! All my containers are like that! 15 squares isn't enough viewable area in a container! In fact, I wish I could permanently stretch my bank to show 50. When you make a check for 1,000,000 and the check doesnt appear at the top so you can stick it in a bag. You have to scroll and hunt for it. Then you have to stick it in your bag and scroll the box up. I looked in the options and there doesn't seem to be any way to modify that...

From my purely uneducated and decidedly non-German perspective, it appears to me that you don't have some part of DirectX installed that you need. There is a DirectX SDK or something similar that sometimes needs to be installed to run certain games - it's additional DirectX components that aren't included in the default Windows package.that's right... but still something is missing...

As soon as I read your reply I googled dirext X, went to the microsoft directX site and downloaded and installed directX and Voila! It works!!!

I didn't notice that the Pinco's tab scrolls down in the user settings menu.just disable the grid legacy containers from user settings -> pinco's ui
if grid legacy containers are disabled the containers shape works as default, but I don't remember if the shape worth for every containers or not ...I didn't notice that the Pinco's tab scrolls down in the user settings menu.
Now my backpack is locked down in the same space, and is 6 x 6, even bigger than before.
Is there any way to set other containers like crates in your house or your bank box to open by default to a larger size?

mmm... seems strange... remember that the value is based on the current stamina of the character...possible bug: it seems the the "actual speed" information on weapons is incorrect in some cases.

Also, I've run into a problem with vent. When I run the EC using the PlaySound, my Vent key won't work. This used to happen when I ran the EC through the patcher as well, now I simply bypass it (and still do with Playsound using -game) I also run Playsound as Administrator...
