Bug: Can't drink compassion sage potion. Tried it on a few different characters.

I am also having this issue.

also getting bleed through from floors below with the pointer,you can't see the items but i get a pop up window of the item when i run across it with a pointer when on the floor above the item

Ok I have bound and tied two Pirates to my Boat. As Soon as I cross a server or as soon as 5 minutes goes by the Pirate goes poof. I have scuttled my ship twice and burned though 55 cannonball shots. So whats going on Dev's?

dunno if this is intended, but seems silly.

If I'm on my boat, and launch a rowboat to go to land, when i return to my boat, i can't dock the rowboat!! (it tells me I need to be on land to do that)


Also, not many people have the expansion and it seems to be 50/50 on my shard whether or not people are going to bother, it would be nice if players were at least allowed to be passengers on my ship. (i can understand not owning and not being crew, but they can't even ride right now :/ )

As one of about 3 people on the whole shard who currently has the booster it sucks that i can't even take anyone for a ride.

Tell em to get the booster. In the meantime you should have plenty of saltpeter saved up if only 4 of yous have the booster!!!

When I mark a rune on my boat in Trammel, the rune says "Location: Feclucca". Recalling onto the rune works though.

Tracking skill isnt working properly. The arrow appears, but if the tracked target moves.. the arrow stands on the same position.
I've tracked players, monsters, animals on trammel & fel on 2 different accounts.

On the classic client, when you board a classic boat structure, you can sort of see the water come up between the lines of the boards. Smooth sailing is damn amazing and the water thing isn't a big deal, but you should probably know that you can see the water tiles (sometimes, I'm not sure if it was always, I was busy foaming at the mouth over the sailing).

I left my greater at my house like I normally do. Later I tried to log him to me. When I logged in he was not there but I had 1/5 control slots. I unstabled a dread, stabled the dread back. Logged out again and back in and my greater was back. SHEW! I won't be logging my pets again for a few days.

This isn't a High Seas bug, but has been happening occasionally for about 2 months now. I know because I've been reporting it every time it's happened to me. Your pets are safe, but locked in limbo; if you didn't log out, stabling the Dread would have left it holding control slots, you could then take out a smaller pet again and it too would hold slots until eventually you can't do anything further as they would all be used up. You can usually tell when the bug is beginning on a rideable pet, as any attempt to ride on it causes you to dismount and the pet disappear... using a greater dragon you wont notice it though until you try and pull the pet to you, at which point it vanished. Logging is alas the only fix for now, but you'll need the control slots free to return your pet, otherwise it just repeats the bug... in your case removing the dread didn't help or reset the bug, but putting it back freed the 5 slots again so the GD could return and it cleared the bug after the log out.

Suggestion:

Make new buyables for cannons (ie, Saltpeter) in endless quantaties of 500 just like gems (where they automatically restock after being bought). Allow ALL Alchemists to sell it, not just the fish market alchys.

Reason: There are a ton of people buying it at the fishmarket on Great Lakes, and it takes too long to get some. I wanna play the games new booster, not stand in line to buy items for several hours.

Several guildies have been having issues with dyed items.
For example, they will dye an item one color, and when they put it in their backpack, it turns another.
A friend dyed her trap box purple, but when she placed it into her bag, it turned pink. Kind of weird!

Since the patch, there is the five minute cooldown timer for Compassion escorts in the Orc cave, which didn't exist before. Please revert so it doesn't take me 2+ hours a week/account to keep compassion up. Also, Navrey got messed up again...disco her, rock her, and she's dead or almost dead.

Mindy the Blacksmith who stands outside the smithy in Ocllo has no inveatory to sell. Also She will give new bods but not accept filled ones.

My fish keep sliding off the boat, or getting stuck and bringing my boat to a stop.

Using 2D client and tokuno ship. Placing fish in hold while fishing and moving. Sometimes the fish will go in the hold, other times I have to completely stop the boat to get the fish to go in hold. Other times the fish will slide down the deck and float off into the water. Yet other times the fish that I "thought" went into the hold gets stuck at the back of my boat and brings me to a dead stop. Could not go forward, backwards, left or right using tiller man. But could eventually get boat to move when I took over the stearing with the wheel, was then able to manuever the boat enough to grab and remove the fish that had slid to the back of the deck, and was able to move again.

Need more NPC's that sell saltpeter!!!! Crazy spending hours trying to grab some, to find out you still don't have enough, then it is back in line again, while everyone else is also trying to get their supply.

Have four fishing quests in my quest log, but only three crates for the quests. Don't know if one of the quests did not remove itself when quest was completed or if I did not recieve the crate to begin with.

So far I really like the booster, just wish we could get enough saltpeter to go pirate hunting, and hope a fish doesn't trap my boat.

I can sacred journey to my boat if the rune is not in my runebook, but get message that says I "do not have enough reagents if it is in my runebook". Also rune did not change when I named my boat.

We have lost the ability to put our junk items (boots etc) back into the corpses of sea serps (Tok boat, classic client) when we are deep sea fishing.

Siege - boat prices, cost of running boats

Everyone on Siege knew, of course, that the boats and cannonballs would be more expensive on Siege. In fact, it could potentially play out *very* interesting on Siege, causing an increase in trade for ingots, etc.

But last night was rather discouraging - players who had purchased boats were lamenting in general chat (and politely I must add - gasp) that it cost so much to buy the boat and so much to run the cannons that they could not *afford* to get into any battles! They took a pirate vessel, but since the loot wasn't boosted, it cost *more* to capture the pirate in cannonballs than the loot they got!

This is very unfortunate. I was hoping to someday purchase a boat, but even if I manage to scrape together the 400,000 or 600,000 gold, I won't be able to run it, fight it, repair it.

I do hope that the devs will look into this and consider ways to make it affordable for Siege players to run the High Seas booster, because I think that it would be a wonderful addition to the shard. But not if you *lose* money when you capture a pirate!

Lobster traps - On occasion they only bob once and go away, a few times no bob at all - just pulled under.

Have been sitting at Sea Market for three hours without being ported to the middle of nowhere. I move boat two tiles forward and two tiles back about every ten to fifteen minutes. Garg boat.

Took me a while to figure out that I needed to make Foliage visible to see the masts.

When you place a ship and get a recall rune. You can just use the Recall spell on it. Sacred Journey will NOT work. So you have to put it into a runebook and use a charge if you have chiv.

I also noticed the above bug, my workaround as to put in a runebook and make it default.
you can use Chiv and target the runebook. it will work fine. This is the same bug during the beta.

my buddies are getting the crates in their boats, but Im still not getting them on the fish monger quests.

Ive rebooted. dry docked and re-placed boat. changed type of boat i was using... nothing.

and yes, i still cant drydock my rowboat when i take it out to my main large ship....

Recal of default rune while u got ship rune will block.

If you drop a ship rune in your runebook, then try to recal off the book - it will not allow u, says the spot is blocked. U can still open book and recal directly from rune inside book.

Hope this get fixed...unless I have to make new books on all toons with just ship runes into it.

If you want to drop items into the hold, you can't just drop them onto the hold, you have to target a specific small portion of the hold. Otherwise the item will lie on top of the hold.
This small area can be found if you mouse over using the Enhanced Client. It will display the hold's size and contents.

I picked up a couple of the Fishmonger Quests and 3 of them needed to be delivered at Emporium.
I on purpose filled only one box and left 2 unfilled when turning in, because I was scared things maybe could get mixed up.
After I fill the next, turn it in, and then the last.
I got 3 rewards in the process.
I pick up a new Quest at Emporium that sends me to Papua, I made a pit stop at Skara to pick up a new there aswell, but could not.
I check my quest log. 2 of the 3 quests I just turned in ar still listed, despite the fact I got my rewards and the boxes are all gone.

I relogged and restarted the game, problem is still there.

Now I dare not resign these 2 quests affraid of a pentaly.
If this would provoke a penalty, I have no clue if it sets me back the 2 missions, or it be more severe.

So now 2 Quest Givers I cannot access till this is solved.

This is on CC btw.

UPDATE:

A friend suggested I go back to Emporium and clickyclicky the guys a couple time more.
And I got 2 windows for the 2 missions like the last one you get recieving the reward.
I did not get any rewards but it did remove the quest from my list.

all is bright and clear again!
then crossing the server border between monglow sub and skara sub, bringing you east to west,

Night sight on elf not working all the time. Sometimes turns dark at sea. When going into dungeons sometimes I can see other times it is dark. Using sacred journey to leave and come back makes no diffence. If it is dark on the sea, it seems that is when it is dark in the dungeon also. Using classic client.

If they implement this dispersal in this manner, with no way for salt peter to be crafted, it will only be a week before everyone must buy saltpeter at highly inflated prices.

I agree with the reagent, incremental stock bump/static price, but also agree that one vendor per facet is entirely too little. Maybe new Alchemists at all dock areas on all facets, accessible only to upgraded accts.
