And this is Ruffle's credibility. Since you said COP is the best "PvP Guild" and also you claimed (last page of the last pvp thread and beginning of this one) that COP still wreck people the most and this is the score of the best PvP guild versus the only lonewolf none zerging pvp guild on Sonoma.

WU, for one to have credibility, one must be honest and not try to manipulate the truth. What you did, WU, was take my quote out of context by quoting only a partial quote.

My statement is based on a multitude of reasons not just the mentality of who has biggest "monkey". Let's look at the Truth, shall we? COP has been in existance and continually and actively PvPed longer than any guild on Sonoma. Can SCAM, WAKA, KC, D@D make that claim? We have seen other guilds come over to Sonoma and claim that they are going to take over and "RULE" Sonoma. They fizzle out like wet fireworks. We have had guilds come and claim they have killed COP. Funny thing isn't it that we are still around and that guild is now seldom to be seen.

COP is the best damned guild on Sonoma because we have have FUN PvPing. For the most part the people are great. Yes, we have let in people that are great people. Yes, we have let in a few that turn out to be schmucks, but they don't last very long before their true colors show and they either leave or are booted.

Skill wise, we are a mixed bunch with different levels of ability. There is no skill requirement for joining, just have to want to have fun, be a part of a team, loyalty and some common decency. That alone makes COP the best damned guild on Sonoma.

Was snow removed? And clean legit UO client will not receive an update unless you restart it. (At least thats how mine works). Try it sometimes... and if you dont have to restart client to get patched you show me how to do it. Btw running with snow is heavier penalty due to the floating tiles (you probably have never seem them before). I dont even know why I would do that. Thanks for reminding me tho. Let me go get it patched.

In case you did not understand that, i'll try to explain it a little more. When you restart uo your client will patch, unless you stop it. And i think most know why scam would stop that patch, same reason why most never show up for a couple days after one.

Really guys what does it take to get you to stop talking/hinting and illegal things or accusing people of it?

Let me tell you a little how I do things to help you guys. Whenever someone on here mentions something they are not suppose to(hack, 3rd party apps, exploits, whatever) if the post has something else that is worth being said on the PvP thread I let the post stay and give the user an infraction for talking about those things.

I would of thought this would be appreciated (the posts not being removed due to one violation). Keep this in mind.

Just becuase someone else does it does not give you the right to do it. Nor does it give you the rght to complain that the person is allowed to do it as you do not see what actions I take. Nor does it give you the right to complain when you yourself are doing the same thing.

So. Perhaps in a way leaving the posts on here was proabably not the best idea as it gives you the idea that if they can do it so can I.

I am telling you now this is not the case.

So heres a warning. Knock it off, if these things dont stop I can promise you that the outcome will not be in this PvP threads favor.

Remember guys im on your side, and despite what you may think I really dont like handing out infractions to you and, like you, I want and enjoy this PvP thread but as a MOD there are rules that I have to follow and obey just like you, its my job to enforce them.

Both Hunter and I worked very hard to get this forum cleaned up and to allow a very important aspect of our UO lives to be allowed here. The rulings here are very liberal and allow for certain latitudes when discussing the Pvp world. It has been wildy successful.

As is obvious, Hunter is likely getting flack for the repeated mention *** or even insinuation*** of the hacks/3rd party stuff.

I have personally ceased all mention of anything in this subject. Please follow suit!!

Feel free to talk about face pwning, someone is your ingame biatch, calling whiners whiners..etc..but NO MORE mention of ANYTHING to do with ANYTHING involving what someone is running or not running..etc..

O in no way was I was saying you were associated with SCAM. If it came across that way, it was not meant too.

I know for a fact that that Snoop and Trin both have atleast 10+ chars between them in Waka I am sure. Just a note here. The most I have seen Waka have online in vent at one time was 12 people. Three of those were in the AFK channel. Waka can field nightly 7-9 most of the time. Not really a zerg.

I will comment COP and SCAM last night for there excellent killing of some Waka at the gate. They teamed up, unofficially, to kill Waka. I bit the dirt first, snake followed a few seconds after. The dismounts and the AI spam from the COP archers and the SCAM archers was incredible. If not for that one mage getting that nox in on me I might have lived. That nox just got me.

Look, enough bull**** and face the facts... Waka has 8-12 ACTIVE people period... Whether u want to get that through ur thick headed skull that's ur call... End of story... 19 total members in the guild due to friendships and whenever they can get on they have someone to fight with... end of story... Soak it in... Choke on it... Deal with it... But in the end 8-12 is not a zerg...

There was a time maybe 4 months ago that it was SCAM with that amount on at any given time... and again most were xsharders that carried SCAM's weight too... Most have quit SCAM for various reasons... it's been a never ending cycle... however we won't fail... the leadership scructure is much better than SCAM's... There r no leaders in Waka that have an ego that would allow the guild to fall apart... with that said hope to see yall on the field...

Sorry to bust your bubble Trin.. but it's all relative... If you have 6 people and your fighting 3 that's a ZERG... lol 200% numbers.. I'd even consider 150% to be a ZERG I mean if your opponents are ANY good at all that is.... 50% more should make the difference.. So again, it just depends on any given fight.

Ohh.. & that Baracoon I walked in on you and Zak doing... I'd forgotten I'd soulstoned Resist off to train something so had to bail on ya. ah well.

You can't respect someone for making an effort and then turn around and laugh at the effort. The problem with pvp from PAS is that members who want to pvp end up joining other guilds with their pvp characters. Those people then either leave PAS completely or stay and do tram things with PAS and pvp with the new guild. I know for a fact cop has current and former PAS members, and scam has former members. I am not sure about waka, but i wouldn't be surprised if they did as well.


PAS has been doing more in fel and hopefully that will continue. I would hope that if you fight us and win you would show some class and not be overly offensive. Some of these people only come to fel to help their guildmates, and being overly rude and offensive discourages them from coming back.

I will vouch for Sick. There are good pvpers both currently in PAS and former PAS. Overall though, a majority of the people carrying the PAS tag do not pvp often if at all ever. Those that enjoy pvp and Fel activities do tend to migrate alts, and on rare occassions, mains, to Feluccan based guilds to run with more experienced and active (in felucca) people. PAS is a very large and varied guild, it has many people with many strengths in various areas, unfortunately, people tend to export themselves to pvp so you do not see the tag out there often.

Hey it isn't our fault that ur guild refuses to log in... Simple fact there... One of ur members won't ever log in until he knows there's quite a few of u on... Again not our fault at all...

I do however remember 3 months ago the shoe was on the other foot... SCAM was the one having 8-12 people on... Yes I'm saying it again... Because it's quite funny listening to u pancake and moan now that the show has changed... The only difference is Waka still came out and fought when we were outnumbered, SCAM not so much... It's not an everyday thing with SCAM...

The bottom line is Waka DID come out and fight... the guild has been back since September and only in the past month and a half now have we really had numbers... Yea we recruited some off sharders... Yew we recruited some people who left SCAM for various reasons... But as u stated the bottom line is we're having fun... Noone in Waka is a bad apple... We all get along quite well and various members have pretty much made Sonoma their main shard now because of it... We're all having fun...

I don't know where ur getting the "we win because we're better skilled than u" I don't recall ever saying it... I don't recall ever reading it... We do have the best duelist on the shard: FACT... We would like to have a 5 on 5 pure mage with any guild out there to see who really is the best skilled guild: FACT... But as far as claiming it on these boards I don't see it... I do however see **** talking about the other guilds tactics and templates, but not anyone in Waka claiming that they own anyone with the exception of Asha because quite frankly he's earned it... beaten everyone in duels on this shard so far... pure mage, field rules, whatever...

We rolled them on several chars, plus took out cop and clouds guild. There may be some times that we double your numbers, but anymore that is rare. You guys get outmatched anymore, you just need to deal with it and quit complaining about it.

Again you change what you were talking about numbers to the skill and so on. We posted screenshots of dead scam and you guys still complain. Just because 3 of us are on the screen against 1 guy when he dies does not mean that there were not more of u running like usual. If your not on to see, then do not comment on what happened because you do not know. And as for Asha, he has owned every duel against scam so far, so the running thing is not really a subject, so i don't know where you get that from. He will beat you in a mage duel as well because, frankly, you are not good on one. So keep changing the subject to what suits you best from now on

--I play UO for FUN For me that means a I like a challenge, or if one isn't be found asserting that fact (Ex.. Killing No Mercy a few times till he gives up etc.. lol). If you happen to outnumber your opponent & that's the reason your winning it's pretty meaningless... Congrats!! you had more people online WOW! What this means for YOU is that unless you do something that impresses me I will continue to disdain you. It's pretty simple.

Field is soooo much better.. but setting up a "Field fight" usually leads to unrealistic things like carrying 100 apples or ward removal tally's etc... it's all in the rules lol...

The best thing to do.. would be for me to Simply play more lol... You just can't simulate how bitchmade someone is or is not without fighting against them regularly everyday... I mean common this is the same Asha that vs my Archer would only sit behind the small houses stacked front to back along the shore in YEW...& since I flagged him I couldn't walk on the 1 tile between front & back lol.... if your lame enough in a 1 on 1 to ONLY do that I don't care if you can duel lol...

Anyway... I really should do some other **** so I can instead log on in a bit instead of being the board warrior!

I believe there has been documentation many times over that that archers r the most overpowered template in the game... I know for a fact that NO SCAM stands toe to toe with an archer... Not seen a single one... Ur losing credibility by talking smack in this scenario...

For the record "2 duels"... Hmmmm to my knowledge he's dueled Jack Daniels, GOLDBERG, Eli, Lego, Gernize, and I think Joe Lord. WU runs away everytime he's asked for a duel... The only one that was close was GOLDBERG... Goldy actually beat him the first time but then got smoked the next time... we're talkin 30 seconds kinda smoked...

LoL for STARTERS.. a MAGE 5 Temp (Mage, Med, Eval, Resist, Wrestling) is pretty much what PEON is atm .. Actually someone told me Zak is Asha & I got to fight him some yesterday.. Umm.. precast strangle.. painspike spam with a 50% fireball bokuto lol.... yea MAD mage skillZ! (Granted that didn't work out for him, but with Walls etc he earned himself a few minutes of solo fighting me.. he even got up a Wall gank with 2 EV's and coudln't finish, but for such a lamesauce attempt I had to wallgank him in return.. It was a 2 on 3 our favor & he ran like a champ and played Tele Tag in Terra nicely.. he just didn't get out like he should have....)

Since every Duel I've ever seen has come down to the Rules used there's alot of clarification needed.

-Define pet...
-Define Mage Temp... If it's got Magery on it your good to go?? How much magery lol..? 69.9 ftw?
-Where would the fight take place?
-Is Ressing allowed?
-Is Hiding?

Anyway.. you get the idea... I can lamesauce any fight with rules... it's usually who can gimp the rules the most wins.. that's why Duels are kinda lame. People go to lamesauce lengths they wouldn't normally go to.

Hmm... how about WAR !!!!!! ??? That's the most important measurement in the end isn't it? I'd have to ask the GM lol.... whoever that is atm..

Ok let me clear this up, i dont have a problem with waka really, my only beef with waka is widow maker, hes talking crap saying all i can play is a bush dexxer and i suck blah blah , but i will have my mage done in a week im currently still building his skills, i could understand if it was trinity or someone else who is a good mage, but snake has been a stealth archer as his main for years and yet he says i need to play a mage, well than snake, i will be on mage more soon and we can finally fight each other mage on mage than maybe we can start over between us and stop with all the drama if thats what it takes.
P.S. snake why didnt you post about lego beating zak/ash one on one? oh and btw i have refound my enjoyment of uo with magery now, so if anything thanks for talking **** and referring me to play a mage, im still newbish mage but i want to duel you cus i know you are too haha

Another Harry started, and another harry finished last night...

On to a funny little bit of information...

I was sitting in Luna getting ready to log for the night... I opened up firefox to check the boards, saw no replies yet to the 5 on 5 proposed by Waka to SCAM or even COP if they want in on it... I closed my internet browser to see WarUltima standing in front of me on his archer Ii, like literally all up in my grill like he wanted to kiss me or something. I came back to my UO screen in time to see him type "Hey noob****, learn how to play a mage"... I found that ironic considering the fact that he was on an ARCHER...

I rarely see him fighting me or anyone else in Waka anywhere other than verbally in Luna or here on the boards... Wait I take that back... He fought us yesterday evening with BamBam and TIGER WOODS (aka goldy) when bam and goldy both went down WU ran for the hills... straight for a server line and for those of u who fight at Yew u already know how far that server line is...

Anyways juss wanted to share my laughs with everyone... he gave me a good chuckle right before I went to bed... thanx clown

That was probably 11:45 pm or so right? I got home from work @ 11:30 logged in & there was maybe 5-6 Waka at Yew Gate. I went to SCAM house & stood on the porch where Mercutio & some Archer proceeded to talk mad trash.. (lol @ least 5 on 1) Anyway, Eli & Philly were on ATL so I jumped Vent channels and Told Merc he had a fight coming & his response was "it's late everyone's loggin"... Willy Loman actually popped outta the gate & fought solo for a bit before he said it was late & went to his house.. Ahh well.. Neo then logged in when I was pancakes about you guys bailing (yea I know after midnight on a Sunday IS late, but I never can play primetime bleh) & suggested trying to provoke any WAKA at luna... hence the quote..

Yea unfortunately on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights it's an early night for me and most others... 8am comes quickly and working on 6 hours of sleep in the sales field is not recommended... Gotta be on my toes at work... I would've loved to come fight him at that moment but he was on an archer and would've run at the point of getting half life... Had he been on a mage I may have thought bout it... but in the end I simply logged off due to my priorities...

Hopefully he can try "provoking" me earlier than midnightish on a work night

I know that playing a mage takes a quantity of knowlege, probably more than any single other template...but I do not understand why people think its the ONLY worthwhile template to play.

If you get killed by a stealth archer, a tamer, a bushido or any other template youre jsut as dead, aren't you? Isn't skill based on how you use the knowledge rather than the quantity?

Unless you are also one super bad azz, doesn't teamwork play a role in whether the outcome of a battle is successful? You can field a majority of people and unless you work together you are not going to be sucessful in slaughtering your enemies. Even a bad azz can be slaughtered by a small team. Personally, I think that teamwork is the most important factor in the success of a battle, with skills following and the template third. What do ya think?

And what is all this belly aching about Zergs? By the very definition of Zerg by Vexxed in a previous post, there are no REAL zergs on Sonoma. Not by COP, Not by WAKA, ok SCAM is debateable (their skilled members left).

Last question...is Sonoma the best Shard? If so why...if not what shard is and why.

You have to remember that just because it is midnight for you, that it is much later for me and a few others that live on the east. So your midnight is probably 2 to 3 am for me depending on where you are. I was on till around 1:30ish with no scam around and pretty much no cop because we killed who actually tried to come to the harry. We need some big fights like we had a week ago. Hopefully more scam and cop come on soon. (when i'm on anyhow)
