not rude at all, but take it as you will.I am sorry, I don't know you so I don't know if your trying to be rude or not, but this sounds extremely rude to me. Read this thread http://vboards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=543 and you will see that I gave away about 18 so far. That was however to guildies and people who were nice and helping each other try to tame, NOT to greedy people who were killing the Vanguard for his shield and sword and THEN sticking out their hands for a free mount. Yet again, I don't know you, haven't seen you helping the tamers yet so why should I give you one after you have gotten your shot at a shield and sword while we struggle to tame. I have one more to get for a friend who I found out was in the hospital and one for a friend working his tamer. After that I am out and will be just killing for the shields and swords since I am tired of the hassle. I will NOT be killing the war horses others are trying to tame... Peace

Ah that is good so 108.3 is acceptable from a Bonding perspective and 103.8 isn't....
I am at 117.8 Lore (real) and 103.8 Taming (jeweled). I did receive a message that my pet would not be able to bond until my taming skill got higher, so I'll be taming like crazy!

anyone know when tehy spawn will start in other towns also ?
cove spawn is Verrrrrrryyyy slow![]()

Youre an idiot. Hunters whole theme of his/her post was about giving and sharing etcnot rude at all, but take it as you will.
you proved my point very well, thank you.
Kind of the same range I am thinking, somewhere between 105.0 and 106.9...
I deduce (though not 100% certain) that it probably has the same taming requirement as a firesteed, ie 106.
It's still the case with curse as tested on dogs, it messes with the final tamed stats, even when afterward you do make a point to do remove curse before taking a look at the fresh tame.If ya'll are taking notes on the post-tame stats of the dread war horses, you will want to keep in mind that it's been seen in Greater Dragons (plus I tested with Cu Sidhes and saw the same thing) that if the monster is blessed or cursed when you tame it, it can screw with the final tamed stats. When I tested this, I turned a Cu Sidhe's expected strength into crap by cursing it before taming it. If you tamed a dread war horse and it was cursed when you did it, it's possible that you could end up with the strength permanently damaged on the tame.
In a little while I will run back and re-do my test and post results here, to be sure nothing's changed since then.
This is actually incorrect. I've transferred a few dread warhorses to an extra tamer of mine with 105 taming. The first few took probably 30 or more tries for it to actually pop up with the transfer window. But i've actually transferred it on the first try once and after 2-3 tries as well to a 105 tamer. It seemed to me like after i transfered a few to this 105 tamer it got easier could have just been random luck though. I'm not sure if that makes 105 the minimum required to tame but i know that a tamer with 105 CAN DEFINATELY have one transferred to them although it may take a bit of patience.Further info on taming requirements:
I just tried to transfer one on Europa. It refused several times, asked what taming the char had I was told 105.6. He was wearing a +12 ring, we swapped that for a +13, taking him to 106.6 and it transfered np at all. I deduce (though not 100% certain) that it probably has the same taming requirement as a firesteed, ie 106.
