I just did this crappy quest and turned in a set of armor, to get another of the same crappy books of truth that I have had stored for years. The same damn thing!!

You have to give the quest giver a set of Virtue armour, minus the cloak. How do you loose a set of armor?
Each of the virtues and each of the Principles (of which Truth is one) has their own color. Blue is the color of Truth. Or maybe you knew that and were just messing around.the devs could have at least changed the damn colour....
So you get a Book of Truth, no properties, no interesting tag, and have to donate a full set of virtue armor??You have to give the quest giver a set of Virtue armour, minus the cloak.
I and others are well aware of the Magincia quest that it ties into for the 'bad guys'.Yes. These are for a reason ... You will need the new ones.
It was a little curious that after we defeated the Mages, they were then gone. It took several times among us different small groups, and seemed to lack a definitive cause, but still curious.I and others are well aware of the Magincia quest that it ties into for the 'bad guys'.Yes. These are for a reason ... You will need the new ones.
Is there any reason for NON Bane followers to want to do this quest, aside from getting a book that there are literally thousands of on every shard?
Edit: And Cal, you set up a war on Magincia with absolutely no incentive. While 'being good' is a great RP incentive, it doesn't cut it for most I'm noticing as I spend literal HOURS there fighting with the same 1-2 people, otherwise it's like Fel outside Yew moongate... totally dead, lol. Could you not supply some in game reason for assisting in fighting back the Bane there? Even set up the old 'Britain war timer' where you could push back the army for a while? A title for kill points? An interesting set of Bane Armor to loot off of the dead? Anything?
Well, actually, he said simply there was a reason to get them. And that reason, so far, is for the 'bad guys' to use. If you read again, he didn't say specifically there was a 'reason for the good guys'... just a reason. And right now, that reason is the Magincia quest the Bane are handing out. I would have felt better if he did indeed say 'Yes, the players who play 'good guys' will also benefit at this quest in the long term'. But he didn't.So, this book is important, evidently to us "good guys", and Cal doesn't want to say why. I'm not against this if there's some meaning to it (not necessarily a reward, per se) at some point. I'm not against waiting. If it's sort of a true test to Virtue, or simply being on the good guy side despite the temptations to evil, I'd be ecstatic.

Well, first you get a screwdriver and loosen all of the screws. Be careful though, you might LOSE a few of them in the process. How do you loose a set of armor?
Cal, just two quick questions. Will it be helpful to have more than one, and is the drop rate in virtue dungeons still set to "low".Yes. These are for a reason ... You will need the new ones.
I'm not grinding two-thousand and five hundred dead Meer for some vague crap like this. Are you sick?Yes. These are for a reason ... You will need the new ones.
