Here's my list so far:
Pet Sending Ball - Similar to Pet Summoning Ball except it sends your pet back to the stable.
Customizable Castles and Keeps - Why doesn't this exist? What's the reasoning behind it? Lag? Sheesh....multiple small houses clustered together lag more than a customized castle. For those that have boulders or trees in the courtyard; they would not be customizable. Problem solved.
Alter Fleeing From Battle - If someone wants to leave a fight then let them. This isn't the same as criminal status. Edit the rule so that if a player is more than a screen away, they are not considered to be fleeing from battle anymore.
Allow the removal of properties via imbuing - How would this work? You simply would need the ingredients that would be needed to imbue that property in the first place. Plus, maybe some extra item that can be acquired somewhere. Keep in mind that the cap for that items imbuing weight would still exist, meaning nothing OVERPOWERED is going to arise from this event.
Allow the ability to alter mods on items with more than 5 properties - Believe it or not, there are items out there that have decent mods with some random mod that is disliked or not needed. Some of these items actually have more than 5 mods sometimes (level 6 chests, ect). It would be nice to be able to imbue these items even when they have more than 5 mods as long as it is within the cap.
Allow any item (except maybe blessed) to be imbued - Why not? If the item is already above the imbuing cap than this rule doesn't matter anyhow. If you allow the rules above this to be implemented, then you still can't go above the 450 cap for non-exceptional or 500 cap for exceptional. I only see this change allowing more reason to farm/obtain unpopular items and make them popular. And I kind of laugh at the idea of not being able to imbue blessed items, considering it would then guarantee that the item is going to break eventually, so why not allow those to be imbued too?
Allow current items that cannot be imbued/created to be altered - What does this mean? You know those robes called Conjurer's Garb or that apron called Tangle? Ever wanted to change it to something more appealing or different? Why not allow players to change them to something that takes the same slot as that item? Yeah, yeah, of course you wouldn't be allowed to change a Conjurer's Garb into a cloak but maybe a dress or hooded shroud? Keep in mind it would HAVE to be an item that already takes that same slot on the paper doll and it would keep the same exact name except gain an "altered" tag.
I'm sure I will be able to add to this list, but for now I will let people examine and evaluate. I do not take original credit for some of these ideas but I believe we need a thread that is devoted to something like this so that the Devs have an idea of what the player base is craving.
