10 min use plus 20 min cooldown with Primer III. Set your timer for 30 min. No change.

It seems that the cool down is longer with only Primer II, maybe 50 minutes? Anyone on Baja have a primer III for taming??

What I think must 'a' happened is that I tried to whisper again while one was already in effect, so I got 25 minutes. Ha.
