What would cause -25 DCI

The character in question hasn't been used in combat in probably 8 years. I stoned off all his skills and am skilling up mysticism on him (110.6 currently). I noticed the -25 DCI this morning.

Stripped down, nothing on, only effect on the buff bar is Resilience (Bard song).

Ideas?

And that was quick... I paged about 20 minutes ago and a GM just fixed my issue. I asked and was told it wasn't thing I did or that I could fix.

Actually, I would have. Just like the time I did when I accidentally doubled everything in my bank. I paged a GM on myself.

If it was possible to get +25 DCI they would fix it in the next patch don't worry about that, you wouldn't have to worry about paging a GM

I know 3-4 people who have lmc bugged characters...naked with 40lmc. I'm not sure if it's a bug or a server glitch that makes it happen..but there's a bunch of bugged characters out there..on my stealther on an account I sold was bugged when naked his resists were all 30's and I didn't have resist. Nevertheless it was extremely easy to make a suit :/

I can't remember what stat it was but I had similar happen before, GMs are on top of it in a heartbeat, and it's great. Aside from that it happens.
