With the whole imbuing thing going on, what is actually worth keeping to imbue? I see stuff at Luna Vendors that are not much better than runic made items with 10 Mil price tags. So, when I am out hunting what should I be keeping?
I've gone to pretty much 100% arti & imbued stuff on all the people I fight with. I make the stuff and gather the resources so it doesn't cost anything much at all. You're right that most things you see aren't better than val armor pieces. The difference is we are in complete control of every single imbue. You make this very specific set of pieces first with your tailor. They have to match up perfectly. It might take 2 days to make the pieces. Then, you can make precisely what you want with every single imbue. There's just no way in the world to make perfect armor any other way. With the whole imbuing thing going on, what is actually worth keeping to imbue? The testing I did showed them to be very accurate. There are still discrepancies when you get right to 1 point over/under a level as the actual unraveling code vs. the item id skill code appear to round numbers differently.loot everything, unravel dern near everything.
Has anyone tested item id to see what those changes on valuation look like. Are we getting more accurate readings by race and location now?
Thats what I use ......
I use the enhanced client...
This. Plus PGCD's and Gildar's Item properties mods that are also a part of the Legacy II and Copper_Enhanced packages.
Makes it nice and easy to determine unravel values, mods are color coded by intensities, and you also get useful speed and damage per second info on weapons.
