has something to do with different CC used, or email or both not matching your uo account. And if it happened once, just once, it will happen forever. That is exactly what the CSR told me. So if you use a different email to get your code thats on your account, say your personal email, or a different CC or whatever, if it dont match what you have on file at UO for your actual account, you will get error code 31. And from now on that day forward, even if you do use the same everything, you will always get that error and have to call EA. The CSR I talked to was pissed off that they have not fixed it yet, I guess the agents who answer the phone have begged for a long time to fix that.
