UOGamecodes checkout error?

I've seen complaints about this. Haven't experienced it myself until now. Any way around this other than calling? (Ugh)

Yeah I can't buy anything from there either. I get that red text error. I've tried different computers, web browsers, and CC's. Never works for me. Hmph.

Hmmmm...
My problem is i odered a 7th char and expansion from there..

They took the money from CC but havent received the code...

Been 5 days...i sent in a ticket and was told they be in touch in 24 hours...

Ordered it on the 20 sent in ticket on the 21...and still zip.

Contacted CC company to have they cancel payment , was told to wait till after the hollidays..

Now im worried that if i dont pay uocode....they was ban my account for none payment ...

Oh well will see what happens Monday...and there pilacy is no refunds on codes...

I get the error too- really annoying that it comes at the end of checkout.

has something to do with different CC used, or email or both not matching your uo account. And if it happened once, just once, it will happen forever. That is exactly what the CSR told me. So if you use a different email to get your code thats on your account, say your personal email, or a different CC or whatever, if it dont match what you have on file at UO for your actual account, you will get error code 31. And from now on that day forward, even if you do use the same everything, you will always get that error and have to call EA. The CSR I talked to was pissed off that they have not fixed it yet, I guess the agents who answer the phone have begged for a long time to fix that.

Well they lost over $100 in sales to me today. Get the bean counters in to figure out what they're losing and it'll get fixed quick :)

I had the same problem with purchasing upgrade code for SA. I needed to call the EA costumer service to resolve the problem (on Thursday the 24th). The service representative was helpful, though, and he sent me the code via email.

I paid for TWO x 90 day gametime codes. The server automatically applied it to the account I logged in with (I had actually intended to manually apply it to another account, but I couldn't use that account to buy from uogamecodes.com because it said I exceeded the quota of (a measly) TWO codes per month). That's the minor complaint.

The major complaint, is that the server only applied ONE x 90 day gametime code to the account I logged in with, when I paid for TWO. Emailed EA customer support, and they finally and only replied me 2 weeks later, I replied back, and they finally applied the second gametime code to my account 4 weeks later.

UOGamecodes.com is severely problematic, for sure.

Been there with my sa upgrade codes i purchased 3 codes at the same time, money gone codes not arrived i contacted EA customer support and after a bit of time (one month if i recall correct) i got my codes...so never purchase more then one code of the same item a time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean they bring the job done but i kinda get the feeling they go unnessesary steps to get to the goal. if ya know what i mean.

Goodness.. I feel so bad for you all! When SA launched, I purchased 4 upgrades at once at UOGC, it was my first purchase through them ever... and it went without a hitch? But it was from the same card that the accounts are attached to... sooo... maybe you're right?

Again.. that really sucks! :(
