Something posted in the test center forum has made me wonder about something. It may be a good idea if I can be proved wrong before this goes live. A 'cloak of silence' became 'elves only' and dropped from the human character wearing it.
Could some people who have things like human fey leggings please copy their char and make sure the item stays a 'human' wearable?

The problem with the scripting of BODs, is that it floods the game with tons of Bulk Order Deeds since they can be gotten much more easily through scripts than manually, using up one's own time.
This, as I see it, devalues the value of Bulk Order Deeds (and rewards) for those players who actually got them manually, using up their playing time, without any script.
Eventually some players might think "why bother" with BODs and give them up leaving them to scripters......... Pretty much the same logic with scripting of resources. Why bother mining ore or chopping wood manually, when scripters can do it so much more easily and flood the game with much cheaper resources than what a player, using up their own time, might do manually ??
Kinda reminds me of the way the Shame publish first caused some items to change to the new system.
I believe they fixed that so let us hope they fix this one too.

aye, but not by me. I don't have any, so I can't copy a char wearing some to test center and go test it in wrong. 
I know they are not for Smithing skills & I don't Imbue..... Reason I asked this question is because I can see that being overlooked & becoming a bug. To me anything being reforged is in the same category as a Smithing trade or possibly even tinkering. Being an add on (sort of like the books we need to eat get for making Stoneware, mining sand etc.)
Re-forge - To forge again or anew; hence, to fashion or fabricate anew; to make over.
With that definition I could see it falling under a Smithing add on tis why I asked on the soulforge. 12+ yrs a GM Smith I know what & what I can't use to smith/repair around
It sounds like it will not be related to a crafting skill, at least from whats in the notes, but to the magic in the item and magical changes. You can use the soul forges with a human to imbue things so I don't see why there would be any issue here. This! Themed dungeon would be awesome!
But I also share the fear that there might be no places left for new players to hang out. Where shall a warrior with 50-70 skill go, when you put stronger mobs into despise? I also wonder how champ spawn areas will be handled in felucca.
Overall it looks like a great publish. I still don't get the runic changes and have a little fear of evil omen - deathstrike ninjas in pvp, but we'll see that.
But otherwise it's all thumbs up! Barding changes rock, thieves always need some love, bulk order system might work well.
Oh, and bug fixes! Thanks for that, keep 'em coming!

This problem seems to only affect the Robes that use the "elven robe" graphic.
Cloak of Silence, Cloak of Life, Cloak of Power, & Cloak of Death all become "Elf Only" ,after a character is copied to TC1 with these items
Human-usable Fey Leggings were not affected by this change, and remained to be usable on both Humans & Elves.
Edite: These items were changed upon entering TC1, not going into the re-vamped wrong dungeon btw.

Either this or they need to make Garg earrings out of leather or by smithing. Kind of unfair to gargoyles. Oh I forgot about necklaces too.
Also I don't think I seen the fortune title on the list.

Please allow more then 1 use to be used for this process.
I can see 1 charge per valorite but for the dull copper... Maybe 10 charges.
Scale it from low to high. This new use for the runic hammers is nice and should use the resources up a bit more then one hit.
A good opportunity to have to use other resources too. Essences, other ingredients that have no uses. A bath in a alchemist made potion. Don't make it to simple.

Raven, Have you gone and tested it? I did, and it used up 12 charges when I chose every option I could. The resulting item was also Brittle and Cannot be repaired.
I will have to see if there is a way to use more than 12 charges, but that was the most I could seem to do. Burning a val hammer 1 charge at a time, the old way, will still probably be a better use of it.

No. Making this more complicated or costly is silly. It's not a game altering feature, it just reduces your item count. It's not like it gives you an advantage in battle or anything.
Edit: or were you talking about re-forging in this second part rather than combining? It's unclear.
Raven the more options you choose from the menu, the more charges it takes from the hammer.

At present, the stereotype that everyone needs, or everyone has, a Conjurer's Garb is primarily a myth. However, some of the most-useful items in that slot that are NOT the Conjurer's Garb are the very items harmed by this Publish.
So if "everyone" doesn't need the Conjurer's Garb now, or "everyone" doesn't already have it? They will, and they will, if this bug isn't fixed by the time the Publish goes live.
Personally, though, I think they will fix it, for this very reason.

Given the rarity number I assume it's like the SA book of truth or the Pushme Pullyu. It doesn't do anything. It's just a....a thing...that doesn't appear too often like those fans or rocksWhat's blanket do? Other than look like a bedroll?
Or perhaps it's a bit of 15th year nostalgia. Bedrolls were part of most folks' standard loadout long, long ago.There is a certain charm to the Pushme Pullyu though....

Still looking for why they are removing fireworks wands from the list of items that can be turned in to the cleanup. Does anyone know? And actually, my husband was telling me that he found some next to a trash and tried to throw them away on the production shard and couldn't. So is it possible its a typo and they are actually adding them to the list of items that will be accepted?
Also, I still have a chest full of old spring clean up tickets! Please make those turn-inable!

There are atleast 2 types of fireworks wands. A fireworks wand and Minovas Fireworks wand. A fireworks wand can be turned in, or could two weeks ago or so.
From what I remember on the previous spring cleaning tickets you can turn them in, at least I seem to remember that being announced when it launched.

- All items which could be turned in for Spring Cleaning in 2008 may now be turned in for Clean Up Britannia
- Many older and rarer items are now worth a lot more points!
- Any leftover points for Spring Cleaning 2008 convert to points for Clean Up Britannia
I believe they were removed before this patch, before I could trash them for points. They probably removed them since you can get all the wands you want with new player accounts.

Had not thought of that. Yet they let this one run for a while instead of an emergency fix like they did with the books? Interesting. Maybe this deal had just come to their attention recently tho, will give them the benefit of the doubt.
The Mininova Fireworks wands could never be turned in for points, while the older Fireworks wands from several anniversary bags used to be worth 5k or 10k depending on the year. They quietly removed all fireworks wands from the list of things you could turn in a month ago or so.
Doesn't make sense to me.
Not like it's going to be more item reliant than it has been for several years...and by several years I mean MANY years.oh goodie...
Let's make the game even more item reliant.
