Right with ya Zeke. I have 3/6 of the bods for the Val Hammer and I've been playing/doing bods for 9 years. Thats just stupid. Finished 2 Verite hammers - sold one and other is in bank box collecting dust.The same thing was said about each change that upped the quantity of val runics dropped. They are still almost as rare as before. Don't forget we went from averaging one val runic per shard per year to maybe a dozen or two.
I've done BODs almost non-stop since inception. I have a BOD only account but characters only on one shard. I've had up to 14 BOD runners collecting BODs for me and I still have NEVER had a val runic hammer.

in the long time will makes no difference... we have people with billions, and they can flood the market in a short time, especially the shops owners :/Depends on bribe amount.

Bulk Order Caching
NPCs will now allow cache up to 3 bulk order deeds for players
All BODs are limited to one every six hours; this is no longer dependent on crafting skill level
The system will "cache" up to 18 hours worth of BOD give outs
Players may claim all 3 deeds in quick succession
Turning in a BOD adds a new deed to the cache (up to 3)
Example: Log in after 18 hours and receive 3 deeds
Example: Receive 3 deeds, then turn in 3 filled deeds, and immediately receive 3 new deeds

Any suggestions for the next "Extreme Makeover: Dungeon Edition"? Seems this one is geared for dungeon thieves and such. Plenty of dungeons yet to make over yet.Am I the only one that finds the Wrong changes boring? One step at a time. What they are doing now (changing the loot system, making monsters more challenging, etc) is a bit more important than adding new areas.Am I the only one that finds the Wrong changes boring? I would have figured they would have tested out the combining of tools on the normal tools and once they saw it worked right they could move on to Runics. Hopefully if the combining runics works well they can easily apply it to all tools.DEVS

* 100 charges is too small since DC's have 50 and Spined has 45 - you can only combine 2 with 100 charges. Thats stupid.
* Why limit this to runic tools? Why can't we also combine all craft tools? It would be SO much more useful to combine up sewing kits, tongs etc. Having a 5k use sewing kit would really help filling bods instead of having a bag of kits each time I want to work on bods.

And don't think I'm being sarcastic; I've made bolts of cloth sporadically for over a decade, and this has always bugged me.
I don't really understand this one. I frequently go through the Cavern of the Discarded to collect spellbooks for turn-in at the Britain Library. Sorrow.
Not sure what quite what this is about, but it gives me hope that they're trying to be vigilant about actually documenting all of their changes no matter how small, which has historically been a frequent problem with dev teams.

Show me where it is noted an 'exponential' point system. I believe it is linear. IE Three 5 charge barb kits same number of points of 1x15 charge kit. good point, I just started back 2 weeks ago and I've been spending most of my time reading about changes to the game. it's tedious.Keeping us happy is important of course but UO cannot thrive if it remains the game where you have to have been there to be here.

That's how I'm reading it. It changes the BOD timer to 6 hours regardless of skill and allows you to cache three 6 hours periods into one to collect 3 BODs at once. So all the .1 skill every hour junk BOD collectors will be no more.No longer depending on crafting skill. Doesnt that just mean all smiths..low or high skilled get just 3 BODs in a day? Instead of low skilled chars get BODs alot more often as it is now.. making BOD collector chars with low skill less useful.. if they still exist..
Wrong will give Elven items instead of Gargoyle items as far as I have read from the notes. I have not yet ventured into the dungeon myself.
Should be per character. Per account would be kind of stupid especially considering those with multiple crafters across many shards, or even on one shard. I didn't even know scripting of BODs was a problem to begin with...Question.
Is that per account or per character ?
Personally, to stop the scripting of BODs or at least reduce the problem, I would have made it per account and only accounts that are paid for, monthly, to be eligible to claim BODs' Trial accounts would be not eligible to claim BODs....
