We are aware of an issue with the housing system. We ask that you do not demolish or resize your house at this time as you will not be able to place a house until this issue is resolved. While we do not have an ETA on a fix for this issue, our developers are working on this now in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our players. As always, please check the Herald for updates and thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will bring you another update at 4:00PM EST.

I like this style of communication for hot issues. A lot of companies post scheduled updates like this. I think it's the first time I've ever seen it used here. I hope it isn't the last.
