Hmm, no they would not notice. To notice would be good customer service! Many have posted in this thread and others that this is not how you treat customers and other valid complaints. Have they changed their ways? NO! But as a concerned and lacking info player who has plans during the town hall meeting to be broadcasted by the hard to understand and hear WRR, (this is not WRR fault its my connection mostly) ill have to wait to hear it second hand or for it to be posted sometime next week.

The FoF is usually lacking of any good info, but one always hopes for better.

It could be that EA gives its employees one of those keyfobs that generate a token code that you must use when you remotely access the company network and Jeremy lost hers or forgot to take it to Chicago with her or it's not working correctly.

If so, she could have had someone else (e.g., Supreem or Regine, who have already posted in another thread so we do know they are around) put up the small UO Herald post for her apologizing for the lack of a FoF. However, if she needs a keyfob and token code to access the company's e-mail system, she can't e-mail them the FoF if it's on her hard drive. And if the FoF text is stored in her directory on a network drive, she can't access it without the keyfob and the token code.

Nope, I work on a help desk. Our moron employees lose thier VPN tokens all the time and I can get them a temporary password in 10 seconds.
Good thought though.

Folks, ever consider that Jeremy has stated before that she works on the FoF on HER LAPTOP????

If she accidentally left her laptop (or a flash drive with the FoF) at HOME, the staff back in Va. can hardly post the info FOR her (or Texas staff - isn't she one of the few Austin staffers?) - unless you want them to go BREAK INTO HER HOME to get it - and I think the police (and the landlord, if she rents or leases) would have something to say about that....

Think LOGICALLY for a minute.... Geez...

Ya know!!! , I started off of on a atari 800 xl, stepped up to a commadore 64k and this reminds me of the data systems back then. insert casette yes ya know the things music were put on? the things that replaced 8 track tapes? download it for 45 minutes, error, try again...... yes i always tried again, and this day and age the info could not be retrived? hmm, not buying it. but Jeremy in your defense im guessing someone higher told you to take these actions!!!!!! and that person needs to get on the boards and speak his or hers confession!
