we've been regularly checking the EM sites as well as their FB pages. Also, if something has been posted via the RSS feeds from their sites, I go through each shard and check to make sure it is added to the Calendar.

Might not get to it _right_ away - but will as soon as I can.

I understand you have links to the EM sites, could you also put their FB links on the same page as the EMs are using FB more and more.

I'll talk to the shard reporters about some things on the shard boards.
Cannot do a live-feed (RSS or otherwise) from FB - there are certain controls put in place to prevent that.
