There is no telling what has happened. Especially with the small team we have now, and the stuff they are pushing out the door.
Wouldn't be the first time something has gone haywire that isnt connected to what a patch was bringing in.
Anyone remember the bug introduced where you could loot the runes out of locked down runebooks in the llibraries?
Anyone remember the bug where stuff disappeared randomly from houses and was eventually settled that it was gypsies?
Anyone remember the bug where you could stand on the north side of a house, turn transparency on full, and the chests on the north wall would then be treated by the system as tho they were on the ground, and anyone could loot em?
We have this crappy lockddown thing goin on now, where ya have to unlock a whole chest to get one item out cause there was a bug that was letting peeps use free lockdowns with em. Not much of a problem you say? Try it with books or whatever, you have to go back in and reset permissions on every cotton picking item. We asked for cascading permisions, and got well, what we have now which isnt diff from what it was before.
And let us not forget Haven, a nice town for noobs to start in, interesting landscape, and a beautiful bridge that I atttended two weddings on. Destroyed to fix a bug, that no one could fix otherwise, and probably has no idea when it wasw introduced.
Rubble and Magincia, this year...need I say more about this?
This is a co-player of mine. Solid player with years experience. No one can say absolutely what happened, and if thewhole chests were missing it could chalk up to being left unsecured. So before you say "no way" "impossible" or "yeah right" think back on game history...
Sorry it happened to ya nynyve, if I can help let me know.
