What would you suggest?

You should have a look at my suggestion. The Commonwealth College of Arms.

Such would expand the PRC recognition system into an IC organization that is charged with recognizing and documenting standards and arms; whether that be a township or merchant federation, a band of mercenaries or a chivalric order of knights.

Just FYI on CTDM.

Even though we're hardly ever mentioned in the same sentence as the other guilds in Role playing circles, several of our members are very involved. However we do not profess nor seek individual governing authority over ourselves. We are loyal subjects of The Empress of Zento's kingdom.

We have, as history has shown, lent our blood, sweat and tears to support the peace and prosperity of all of Sosaria's rightful kingdoms and those men and women of good will. To this end, we have been willing defenders of Queen Dawn, dedicated members of the Town Guards, and hold a special relationship with the kingdom of Queen Zhah by the presence of our Gargoyle Ambassador. Our members have been sharing their blood sweat and tears for the peaceful cooperative benefit of these kingdoms. We have outposts in Ter Mur and Britannia to better facilitate our efforts. But our home base is in the beautiful city of Zento, our beloved Empresses birthright.

Town cant be ran with one person yalp. Where's the rest of CTDM located?

I love your attitude. We all know who you are and what your guild provides Baja.

I understand where you are coming from. You are a small guild that has been involved with Baja as much as you can. This new Banner system will reward the larger guilds or people with many accounts that want a monument erected to show off. Do not feel bad just keep doing what you are doing (supporting Baja) and know in your heart that you are doing all you can. Others recognize your efforts and contributions to Baja.
