Ooops.. SOMEBODY missed this in the patchnotes.. Despite the crime against sosaria, this clearly was.. along with all neon colored **** in uo.. Look around the bank for someone without neon hair on a char more than 2 days old.. Unlikely you will find one, sometimes to stand out, you have to blend in, I have 6 characters, none of them have neon colors, I am the most stylish person in uo.
