RoT does beat the heck out of the prodo near uselessly hammering a training macro for days. We can just run a timer and do whatever makes the game fun for us between the timed trainings. Training Barding and Taming here was far nicer than when I did them on Chessie, and probably faster. (Yes I know someone trained all seven of those skills to Legendary in a mere single afternoon and I just clearly had no clue how to train them...But I love ROT it fits my play style and doesn't make me feel like I'm grinding for a skill. Clicking 100+ times hoping the false deity RNGesus answers you vs waiting a few minutes and clicking once.
Unless it has changed, in non combat skills get your gain and log out stopping the 15 minute timer. ROT Timer Dings log in get gain + Bonus log out rinse and repeat. With combat skills you have to wait 2 minutes to log out if you log out prior to the 2 minute timer the alcarity timer keeps ticking because you are still in the game. I used a soul stone to check the 2 min log out timer as you can't use a stone for 2 minutes after combat either.Ok can someone explain rot with alacrity scrolls, and the proper way to do them?
You know some say the Community on Siege is a bad thing, that we have our own little shard clique and no one else is welcome to join it. That is just pure hog crap! The vast majority of people in the Siege Community will help someone new to the shard in just about every way possible. Kind of see it as every one starts out with a 0 reputation and it goes + or - and that reputation very much influences how someone is treated by the community. Personally I think that is a good thing.Siege is and always has been a pretty incredible community. I am glad to be a part of it.
18 years or so and I finally 120d a tamer a few weeks ago on prodo using pinks to go from 118 to 120. Do it in a week of casual Rots on Siege. That GGS system sucks from what I can tell you are guaranteed a .1 gain every 24 hours.RoT does beat the heck out of the prodo near uselessly hammering a training macro for days.
