What is the general concensus about these? Should i turn them in or Sell them? i have a bunch of these and i already have a few soulstones.

Dont the fragments have limited charges?

Sorry but i have just come back from a long hiatus.

I also have 2 heritage tokens, what are they good for?

Not sure I can answer the first question. I didn't know you could turn them in.

The soulstone fragments have 5 charges, that's it.

Heritage tokens when used give you a choice of a lot of items (too many for me to remember and list here). Click on one and go through the items to see them. If you decide not to use it just cancel and you will still have your Heritage token.
