Paying 35M each - Payment On Atlantic - Would like the item on Atlantic, but can pickup on any North American Shard

Yup it sure is!
Is it forsale, and if so. What shard is it on?

It's currently on Sonoma but I can transfer for free to Atl, Pac, Baja, Formosa or Asuka if you don't mind having a lil patience. I'd just like to not transfer and waste my shard shield tokens until I have a few reasons to travel to that shard.
