Easy as pie.
Just stand two tiles away from your dragon and heal with bandages. The acid won't hit you, and you can outheal the grizzle unless it has done multiple acid attacks.
Easier:
Use a spellweaver (WoD/gift of renewal) and a dragon with high physical resist (acid does physical damage).

Exciting! Are the keys hard? Guess i'll give it a go. 
----Gave it a try, didn't bring enough bandages, my connection dropped and I was killed heh. Got it down to 1/5 health or so. I could definitely do it. Just need to bring like 2000 bandages.
