I know that a "repond" slayer would invite 2x damage from opposing Undead critters but would the same be true with a Lizardman slayer equipped? thank you in advance!

Don't think so, but before you need to face some serious undead encounters would test on skellies on the Brit Gy first to be on safe side.

Lizmen are Reptile, not Repond. You take double damage from Arachnids then.
