1. the last two posts are skirting the edge of accusing the OP as a duper.
2. A certification has never been a requirement of these boards, as it's too easy to fake. If it is now a requirement, post that in the FAQ.
3. All the items for sale have recently been sold on these boards, he could have easily bought them for resale.

Most have been bought from various vendors on atlantic,chessy,pac in the last 8 months. no certain persons they were bought from.
