[Price Check] PC on Clean Double Bladed Staff with only 20% Splintering

I am under the impression that a weapon like this is very valuable but do not know for sure. Thoughts?

Why would that be the case when you can imbue it with exactly what you want?

Clean properly imbued would i assume sell for 100s of millions

When you post on a public forum asking people's opinions you get them? That weapon even imbued is trash if you think otherwise spend the resources imbuing it and put on vendor..
