Britain has sewers already! No reason we can't duplicate that in every city.If you get your wish, I sincerely hope they build a sewer treatment plant first!
While I agree with Petra, we do need to think hard on the exsisting list of items already there,, I do not agree they should only be deco.
I have been examining the list carefully the last few days giving this question a good think.
Tubs:
We have tons of Tubs for just about every tint be it leather, metal, and cloth... but stone... but its covered under the crafting of the stone we mine so its covered in my opinion.
Unless you want to have one set for gold, silver, brass ..etc...
Pet tub: If it was offered. it was a hit in the Test shard many years back... I kind of liked knowing my blue dragon from the next guys green by eye sight not serching for his lable name.
Clothing:
Robes, Cloaks, and dresses we got plenty of...
Statues:
I can atest we have them up the kazooo, though I did think of a few that might be cute...
Ever see the Polar bear in a standing position or the Grizley?
You know the museum kind.
Full height as a man or taller.. that might be a good addition.
Mounts:
Well the only one's we dont have are dragons and well..... Elephants
I mean if your gunna put in tigers why not the Majestic Elephant?
Other then that a saddle for my damn slow GD would be my choice.
Add On's:
I have loved the new ones very much and see them as good use items not just taking up valuable floor space.
Shields, rugs, and such are great.... hard to think of anything to fit here.
Perhaps some new houseplants, Banana trees that give the fruit, palms for dates, nut trees... for 16 years I have had 3 walnut trees in my yard and not one nut has hit hte ground.... Might be a good idea and later it can be new cooking recipys for their fruits.
Miscellaneous:
The Shed was briliant, and the seed box to boot made very happy gardeners.
Lighthouse for boats, Davies locker for maps and sos's so wonderfull to have.
The Tp Pads and Balls for transport have made life even for beginners a good one.
But what could be added?
I thought hard on this one and have seen a use for such a thing as a Jewelery Box.
With the inside set up in drawers with a grid like the seed box a chest of ornate design able to hold any ladys or gentilman's precious jewelry would be welcome indeed.

If i can only have one really good Veteran Reward, how about a Tool like the "Forged Metal of Artifacts" same one with a different name but with 1 to 2 charges uses a month. (Rechargeable).
Maybe other players would complain...or something? (I will keep thinking of a good Reward for others to enjoy...)

A gem magnet of some kind. Use it to pull all those itty bitty gems out of treasure chests and loot from dragons in one shot.
German Shepherd as a house pet.
I'd love an Ethereal Frenzied Ostard! My only guess as to why they haven't put it in yet is that it looks the same as the regular Ostard when transparent, though using a retouching tool on it would get around that and give us a really fierce looking ethereal mount! : )
A champion idol that when clicked tells you which spawns are currently past 1st level.
Storage boxes- that organize and lighten weight for moving and transporting and possibly reduce lock down space. Set up much like the seed box. Seed box and Davies Locker were both awesome add-ons. More of these type items PLEASE.
Fish and Crustacean Cooler - One for house and/or one that you can transfer back and forth to boat or carry with you to a dungeon. It would organize your heavy named fish and crustaceans and lighten the weight of them for transportation.
Could add a bait and hook tackle box.
Same concept could work for refinements.

As long as it's not blessed, for the sake of champ spawns. It could be another book that works only when locked down.
i would love a house guard for fel houses? The guard would be designed like a the light house which can be destroyed (turned back into a deed) but have a cannon on it or strong fire balls or something that shoots at red non-friended players lurking around your house. He can be placed under the house sign or one that walks around the in side of the house and can fire through the walls to hit the red.
