I only specifically remember it being there because I started in T2A and always wished the ships back then could be that big.

Looks like a combination of things going on here. Some of this material was in one of the newsletters -- late March 2021 (labeled #7) for example had a blurb about King Blackthorn's preferences for dogs. In-character it was written by Bundar Bard, whom some will remember. Whether this is just atmosphere or indicates something happening involving them I can't say. Some of this stuff doubtlessly is related to "Soulless Seduction" and the Hook's map item. And of course some of this will be old EM things, which may or may not be related.

I know for a fact that the NPC at the Cat's Lair is NOT an old NPC so he's new as well as all of the NPC's I have found on the docks.

they could be left from an event a couple years ago.

But the guardian is from an EM event and the household staff are from IDOCs

Most, but not all, of the NPCs were found in this area from water's edge up to the mountain. They are on Sonoma, I stopped playing for a few years so I am unsure what may be left over from EM events.

After checking two other shards, I failed to find any of the above NPCs on those shards. I am going to say these are Sonoma specific and remove the post to not confuse anyone.

Well it seems there are at least 2 Quests.

The Orchid Spa one gives an action figure for a Hooks Map.

After you kill stuff, you are a step closer....

Im hungry so off to eat for a while.

Plus I think making a quest live and then not telling people where to begin kinda defeats the purpose of creating it in the first place.
