The Romulans and Andorians were never really blessed with a significantly defined language, which is a pity. The Klingons get all the spotlight
There is a little work on Romulan on the web.
And some impressive work on Andorian grammar.
So now all we need is the Gargish and Orcish for Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and we'll have a full house?
