Aside from aesthetics, the tree will give you a luck bonus when clicked. Item is still on Lake Superior so buyer must have a way of picking it up - Asking 450m.

It seems to act exactly like the 9th anniversary statue so, exactly the same amount of luck provided that you'd get from the statue. I don't believe it stacks unfortunately. You can come see it in person, it's located on the roof of my keep. Just head SW from brit moongate, cross the river and head SE.
