Finally al virtues at Knight Level. - Where can i set the title now to Knight of Virtue?
Or is there any else reward for this?

I suppose the "reward" is the knowledge that you did it.

Ya it only took 18 years for them to get all the virtues working.....give 5-6 years and they will think of something!
