Justice Island and Luna Shop

Couple questions:

Does anyone have a rune to Fel Justice Island? And also does anyone know how I can get in contact with the guy who has a house there?

Also, are any shops in Luna for sale? I'd appreciate it if someone knows who to talk to about it.

Ive got the rune you need but dont know the owner see me in malas and ill give u a copy of the rune.

there are at least 2 shop plots for sale in luna city...two that Kaj used to own that fell this week..i think both have icqs on a rune or on the sign

I know that Erju owns a plot on that island. I can't remember if it is in tram or fel.
