Would this item be worth throwing on my vendor? and if so what it would be worth. it is non-cursed, repairable, and pof'able. I know it's it's not the most desirable item, but if you lower the luck to 1, then you can still add two skills and the weight will be 261 of 450. any help would be appreciated.

tbh it's a hunk of ****
no ssi on it, its super slow. sure you can prolly imbue it but you could imbue a better bow.
there is nothing on that bow that you cant imbue.
for bows you want them with like 40-50 ssi on them than you have something, and than some preferable mods like lowerd, hit spell, velocity, hci, di, balanced. Take a look at that guy sellin that 50ssi bow, he would have settled for like 400k, hell some sucker would easily pay 800-1mill for it. For the slower weapons its all bout makin them faster.

Simply trying to get a feel for what the Shame loot is worth. and yes Bo, i know its not that good a weapon, but you cannot imbue DCI onto a weapon that i have ever seen, especially that high.

Weapons are able to be imbued with DCI. Non-ranged weapons can be imbued with 15 DCI. Ranged weapons can be imbued with 25 DCI ranged including both Throwing and Archery weapons. With reforging you can get 20 DCI on non-ranged weapons. You can get up to 21 DCI on Twinkling Scimitars if you get the right roll.

Imbuing/reforging....definitely not a straight forward system. For everything I notice I am sure there are ten things I've missed.
