item stuck in my pack

i have these quest books stuck in my pack....they snap back when i try to remove them

any advice on how i can get them out?

Canceling the quests should work. Occasionally it may not. I had an old quest item stuck in my backpack but had no quests listed for my character. I paged a GM and he removed it for me.
