Never see anymore you suck threads or I pawned joo!@!

Sucks butt...I loved watching the pvp drama unfold at work :) Hell I would even take a good old fashioned faction gear fight at the moment

i feel the same way man.

to make it worse the mods here are so into rp they hammer down most pvp arguements before they start.

id like to see just one mod on this forum be a true pvper, sticking up for petty arguements and even taking sides = )

PvP should be ingame but sadly to many gave up. I think PvP is to expensive on Siege and Factions items make imbalance between faction and non factions PvP'ers.

If Devs could make imbuing resources easier/cheaper to get on Siege I believe we would see more life here.

The PvP'ers left for other shards and the crafters and farmers lost their customers.

IMO that's why Siege are dying but I may be wrong :)

I just want to see the arguments explode on these forums again lol When that was happening people actually looked at and posted on the forums. Otherwise...it is as quiet as it now :)

I don't think it is because crafter or farmers lost their customers...more that people just aren't playing anymore. Pvpers, pvmers whatever. Myself I am just taking a break from the item based era of UO and trying something a little more original to how it was when I started hehe

Agreed. I myself have been playing DF and like the zero insurance/bless. aside from the massive grind it is very fun but UOs pvp back in the day was still the best i remember.

That's my number one problem with most new games today, yay for the leveling treadmill. I also think for the most part nothing is going to compare to the hey day of UO. Everyone to some degree is looking for it, but it doesn't and most likely will not ever exist again.

UO is still the most immersive MMOG out there. Unlike WoW, you don't have to PvM to be a crafter, you can just craft. You also aren't 'locked' into templates which I've really grown to despise with my Yo-yo'ing from various games and always back to UO. Granted there are certain 'templates' within UO, but some of the stuff I've ran in the day [and to a lesser degree, these days] is what makes UO great.

I've always thought the isometric view was awesome, if they had taken the time and made UO-3D to look more like Neverwinter nights with really solid graphics, I would have been awesome, but these days it's just too little, too late and whether we want to admit it or not, it's a sinking ship. I'm personally planning on helping pail to keep it afloat the longest and then going down with the ship once it's time. I hope when that time goes they do something along the lines of the Beta where they just turn on all the crazy ass spawn all over Brit and have the 'world go mad,' so to speak.

Anyways, I've rambled enough, hope you're enjoying DF and we'll see you back here once you get sick of the grind... :)
