They use it to trash for points normally. I believe it's 25per charge so his offer of 60 is awesome. I would take it, if anyone has any.

Any item with charges gives 5000 cleanup points. No matter how many charges are left or what charges are on the item (strenght same as invisble).
I think it will be used in PvP context. Earring Slot is mostly free for use.
