Ilsh Arties?

How exactly do ilshenar artifact drops work? do they only drop from killing paragons, or is it a ToT/anti-virtue type drop where all moster kills acumulate points?

i didn't realize artys dropped like that in ilsh, but I just got a pixie swatter after killing a para ridgeback

They drop off of Paragons, and it's just a straight random chance, no ToT style system behind it.

If you look at the monster section of this website, there's a section for all monsters that spawn as paragons giving the chance that it will spawn an arty. It will also adjust if you put in the amount of luck you have on your suit.

Paragon Balrons drop two arties at a time so grab a friend or two or three and kill those. If you get a shield then someone else will also get a shield.

From what I've heard, that is course you are in a party. If one gets a drop, everybody recieves the same drop.

Its been a while (about 2 years) since I've killed paragon Balrons, but I've done it while partied and not partied, and both ways only two of the same item dropped. Not sure if anything had changed since then.
