This is BS I have to stress over this account management thing.

They need to make that web-page more user friendly.
now they can pay someone to fix my accounts, because I am over it

No i have not. I Don't read much Uhall anymore. I just been playing the game

I have an old phone number for EA UO customer support, which in theory was based in Calif. open weekdays 8am to 5pm. I would NOT bother callin em on any Friday, of anyone's customer service. No matter at times whom it is, the employees may only have a mindset of racing out the door, for their weekend off, if they get weekends off, thus in a hurry and may not be focusing like ya may want folks to do *at anyone's customer services right before their weekend begins*. You may get better customer service, bright and EARLY on a mon. or tues morning, if ya can fathom the outsourced *english* language which any customer service may be using.

Anyhow, phone # I had jotted down ages ago, not sure it is valid now though, but if it is....1-866-543-5435 EA customer service.

And good luck to ye. I won't even TRY any of this migration stuff, till I HAVE TO, like when suddenly I am either shut down or just before I HAVE to become billed up and since not yet migrated...it won't happen till I go into that new system and re enter EVERYTHING ...if it works for me even..or any of us.

But yeh try em monday morning probably catch em in a more worky mood early Mondays instead of late Fri. afternoons or whatever time it is now in India.

Try your best not to let your rl bloodpressure go thru the roof, for ANY of us going thru this, move afk, take a vacation like Ima gonna be doing in a few days, or go do something out of UO for run,or watch silly tv.commercials about Peggy, and hope they help ya laugh, instead of scream !

Someone from my guild helped me with linking all my accounts.
and it's a good thing, because I was SO over it

I have 4 inactive UO accounts. I never received any notification of the account migration I'm guessing since they are inactive. However, after seeing news of it here, I figured I should go ahead and update the login info. The biggest miscommunication in my opinion is that fact that everyone was AUTOMATICALLY ASSIGNED a Mythic Master account based on their old UO game account (myaccount_uo) with the same password (per this article). Once I realized that key piece of info, I was able to access the Mythic Master for one of my accounts, create an EA game account, then link all of my old UO game accounts by their Mythic Master accounts under it.
